I have leased, puchased, and had my vehicles serviced here. I'm normally very pleased. However, this last Service A left me a little heated. I had my tires rotated and they left black grime all over my rims. I didn't notice it until I went to hand wash my GLS and had to scrub them. Needless to say their car wash was broken. Mercedes as we all know are not inexpensive vehicles by any means. The service center needs to be more careful with handling our expensive toys.

After having the worst four year experience of leasing a brand new vehicle, this new team at Hunt Valley has proven to me, the long 3.5 hour trip from VA was worth my while. I had the best experience under this new team at Hunt Valley and couldn’t be more happy with my recent purchase. From the General manager, Jeffrey, the Finance manager Hassan and my salesman Brandon W. THANK YOU for all of your hard work and dedication. No lies, no manipulation, no ifs, ands or maybes, they got it done. I will now tell friends and family of my great experience and send them your way. I am a new owner of a used 2016 E350. I got the Service "A" light on the dash and took it to Hunt Valley MB. I asked the service advisor, John, why I should come here instead of say to Jiffy Lube for this service. His response was "Go ahead." "Do you still want our service or not?" I was shocked. I was expecting him to outline the reasons why coming to Hunt Valley MB offered so much more value. I grudgingly stayed and had the service.
After awhile I received a text with the technician's report. It showed me all the things they did, and the things that needed attention, AND even quoted me the price of repairing those things. It was obvious the value of going to the dealer was worth it.
I showed this to John as I was checking out and asked why he didn't tell me I would get this much value. He just blew it off. He didn't even ask if I wanted the deficiencies serviced. I was doing a slow burn and was furious.
Then I got into my clean, recently washed car and realized that they had dumped dirty water on it to check the wipers, and now all my windows were filthy. My former Lexus dealer always washed the car at every servicing.
It was a bad experience, They lost me as a customer.

I want to personally say thank you to Mr. James Lorditch Sr for keeping his words and for making it possible for the repairs of sunroof. Also the service department came through for me by doing the repairs in a timely manner. My service advisor was friendly and professional. He explained all the steps and kept me informed with the work process. Service department was outstanding.

I received white gloves customer service experience! They were friendly, polite, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was the best.
