“It was a good visit. The young lady who drew my blood was friendly and professional. I shared with her the challenge of drawing my blood, and she listened, allowing me to avoid having to get stuck more than once. She further shared information regarding fasting for the type of blood work I needed. There weren't a lot of people at the time of my visit. Plenty of parking. I will definitely use this location in the future.”
“Talynn and Faith are AMAZING! I wanted to express my appreciation for them both. They are so professional, positive, patient, and pleasant! Also extremely efficient… I have gone to this same location about a year ago (along with other local labcorp locations) and did not have the same positive experience.
From the check in process to quick and easy blood draws they were both great and again super friendly and professional. Healthcare jobs are often thankless but they deserve to be recognized! The other day I witnessed them both have incredible patience with an elderly woman with an accent who was having difficulty checking in and understanding the process. This woman also expressed her appreciation for them at this visit.
In today’s world it really means a lot to have positive experiences in healthcare and both of Talynn and Faith have provided that for me which I am so grateful for! I wanted to give them a shoutout for their hard work and positivity! I will definitely be going back to this location because of these girls!”
“Very clean very nice staff She was very nice with a pleasant attitude I was in and out with no issues if I had to give a critique I would say please get a sign to let people know you're inside the market because other than that I would have no way to know that If I didn't just happen to randomly walk inside the market and go looking around But other than that no complaints literally took me no more than 2 minutes in that place from signing up giving my sample and walking out”

“I had to get my 1 year old bloodwork to check her lead level and was so concerned about it after having a bad experience (somewhere else) with my first child. We scheduled an appointment, were seen right away and had two phlebotomists help us. It was the BEST experience, they were both so helpful and patient with us. We used the buzzy bee vibrating ice pack to help and my 1 year old DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE the needle and bloodwork. No crying. Didn't even flinch. It was AMAZING. I believe the phlebotomist's name was Kristin and she's only there one day a month. Ask for her if your children need bloodwork!”
“I just want to say Quarry Lake has made a big change with the two new staff techs that's here now not only are they executing the big wow in customer service but also making the experience to get blood draw amazing timing was great and the patients and I were in and out so thanks for helping me and the others but I was curious from the last post on here because people lie so much on others when they need to really look in the mirror because the young lady wasn't rude at all and I heard and seen everything so with that's being said she was nice kind and polite He's just mad because she turned him down when he was trying to get her number ?? so bless young lady and young man at her at this office ?”

“I can truly say that this was one of the best experience I ever had at a facility like this. I came in and was struggling with registering and before I could ask for help, the clerk came out and pleasantly directed me through the process. When it was my turn, I was helped by a lady (Yvonne or Vaughn), am not sure what I hear as she was wearing her mask but she was one of the nicest persons you could ever meet. When she strapped my arm and checked for my pulse, I was waiting to feel the needle as I always turn my head away when I have blood drawn because I don't like needles. As I wondered why she was talking so long and turned to see what she was doing, I observed that she had put away the vial of blood and was reaching for the gauze to bind the area. I DIDN'T EVEN FEEL THE NEEDLE!!!! I had to compliment her as I always had problems with phlebotomists finding my veins. TEN STARS FOR (YVONNE/VAUGHN)”

“I have been going to the Hunt Valley LabCorp for many years, I have had nothing but great experiences. I just left and I felt I needed to share about another great experience.
Checking in is very simple using a kiosk, No sooner than I sat down in the waiting room, I was called back. The young girl nurse who took my blood & urine screen was so kind, she made friendly conversation. We need to appreciate hard working Americans like her.
Parking lot is small but I’ve always found a spot.
I go expecting to wait a bit 20-30 minutes, I never have waited thay long but it’s always a possibility. Whoever was working this morning…thank you.”
