We purchased some online mattresses and found that option lacking. It is really important to test a mattress in person. The fitting equipment in the store was very helpful and our salesperson, RAZA, was a consummate professional. He assisted us with an exchange and as a result we felt that we received a lot of value for our money.

HONEST REVIEW: If I could give more stars I would. I came in this store so overwhelmed and stressed trying to find a new mattress. Every place I had gone just seemed like they were trying to sell me something and I kept leaving each store even more stressed and unhappy. When I came to this store, Kenton the manager listened to every detail down to what I needed and was looking for. He was so patient, knowledgeable on different mattress types, professional, observant to my response on a mattress, and trustworthy to my needs and just all around AMAZING to make sure I found the right mattress for me in my price bracket. He even got it shipped to me the very next day. I honestly couldn't thank him enough because I finally left feeling happy and satisfied that I found a good quality mattress. If you are in need of a new bed I definitely suggest talking to Kenton about your needs. Thank you for all your help!

Having bought many mattresses over the years, I highly recommend this store and the store manager, Andrew Frank. Andrew is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He will provide advice but is not "pushy". Pricing at this store is very competitive with other retailers (both online and brick and mortar).

Andrew was so helpful. I didn't know where to start in buying a mattress, but he took his time with me & really made me feel like my comfort was the #1 priority. You want to make sure you choose the right bed where you're going to spend 1/3 of your life. It was nice to feel appreciated. I'd recommend to anyone in Maryland!

Came to the store and met Mr. Drew, Awesome and friendly guy. So many diffrent brands of beds to choose from. He helped me choose the best match for me. If i can give 10 stars to mr drew i would, 5 stars just not enough.... go see him at the York road In Cockeysvill.

Great deal with a special personMy wife and I had a wonderful experience with an employee of Mattress Warehouse on York road In Cockeysville at a stressful time in our lives. We needed a new mattress and box spring to carry with us for a guest we were putting up the next day. We had shopped several stores which didn’t have any in stock to carry out . Then we stopped at Mattress Warehouse and talked to Mike Dunford who listened to our situation and needs. He suggested two different options. With only having limited funds to work with Mike made us feel special as customers when he discounted the cost of the box spring so we could afford the more expensive mattress, because our guest had a back issue. Mike went out of his way in our book to satisfy a customer, which many places of business fail to do.We just want Mike to know we appreciate him. We will gladly go back in the future if we have a similar need. We feel he sold us a good product at a fair price. Thanks again Mike!Blessings,T & T

I had such a fantastic experience at this store location this weekend! I am a first-time mattress buyer (have always been given hand-me-downs) and the team at the Cockeysville Mattress Warehouse was so helpful and supportive through the entire process. Picking out my mattress was such an easy process thanks to their support and help, and purchasing it was a breeze, too! Thank you all so much!

Our salesman, Mike was fantastic. There were so many options to choose from and wasn't sure where to start. Mike helped us navigate what mattress type fit our needs best by explaining the difference in mattress types and how those differences work for support, etc. He made sure we tested multiple types to maximize our comfort while making sure the prices met our budget. He also patiently made sure my daughter also found her best match. I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs a mattress and appreciates no pressure sales.

The manager - Mike Dunford should be an employee of the year! He was patient courteous kind, and very respectful! The way he made my wife and I feel from the moment we stepped into the store was amazing. I have experienced customer service for 53 years and he is by far THE BEST customer service person I have ever experienced next to Chick fil a.....lol we all know how well their customer service is.
