Needed a mattress and just took a chance on checking out this location. So glad we did. Walked in and was greeted by an exceptional professional very knowledgeable sleep expert. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Kandice Cockeysville location was very patient, took her time and believe me it's hard to sell my husband on a big purchase.
She helped my husband and I choose a mattress. We even purchased a mattress for my daughter. We were very pleased with the time she took found what we wanted and we were sold. Once we got home the bed was not comfortable at all, but all it took was a visit back to the store. We contacted Kandice and she kindly went back over different types of beds the form and styles. She was very understanding never hassled which we were worried. No hassle return and still gave us the discount that we had with our original purchase. Needless to say my family highly recommends this location if you want excellent products, awesome customer service and a great deal. I'm definitely sending customers her way!!! Very, very pleased. If you need a mattress need assistance figuring what is best Kandice is the expert. You won't be disappointed trust me.

Walked into the store and felt needed. Indira and the assistant manager Keton helped out a lot and gave me advice i didn’t even know about mattresses. But I came in for a box spring and they really helped out a lot helping me. It didnt take long in the store, once I got in they got me out quickly. There customer service was top notch.

Are salesman was great !!! He was intelligent,, understanding new all about the mattresses I've had 5 back surgerys he new watch one was good for me but still had me and my wife try all of them out ,,, but he was right the he suggested was the right one ,, so keep that salesman he was awesome !!!
