I've been shopping at this location for many years without concerns however today was an exception. The customer service was lacking due inattentiveness and difficulty answering questions. I was there to purchase bathing suits. Fortunately, Cindy stepped in and saved the day (hence the 4 stars). She was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and highly effective. Without making excuses, Cindy explained that they were training new staff. If the new staff reflects Cindy's style and expertise, Lands End will have a stellar store on their books. Thank you Cindy!

Needed to return a jacket I ordered on online the staff here were great and helped me find the jacket I needed in their stock which I could take with me. The customer service was excellent and in the future I will probably go to this store rather than order online.
