Our basement storage room was transformed into a beautiful theater room with the most amazing sound system, door, beautiful lighting, platform seating, AV rack, and wall mounted television. We also had a wet bar with quartz countertops, shelving, cabinets, refrigerator, and microwave installed into an area with plumbing left from when the house was constructed. The entire project took about 7 weeks. We were a bit apprehensive about trying to think about what exactly we wanted the space to look like. This was no problem at all - the kitchen design center team took care of the color choices, carpet colors, chair selection, cabinet colors, fixtures, etc. The timeless design fits the style of our home. It was quite a relief to have the design taken care of by the wonderful team at Gramophone - it made our job easy and it was quite fun to have colors/fixtures/cabinets/etc narrowed down for us. We had an amazing construction crew - everyone from the project & installation manager, framers, electricians, countertop install, plumbers, painters, carpet installers, AV, HVAC, etc were all so nice and extremely knowledgeable. The attention to detail by the crew was amazing and at the end of the day, everything was clean, neat, and tidy. It was fun to see progress every night and we learned a lot during the construction process. Gramophone kept us up-to-date on progress, schedule, and any questions we had were immediately answered. We were very impressed at how everyone at Gramophone worked together as a team. I feel like this was the smoothest construction project we will ever have - instead of stress we found ourselves enjoying the process. We highly recommend the awesome team at Gramophone and we can't thank you enough for our beautiful theater room and wet bar.

My husband and I took off work to come here this morning to see potential options for our kitchen remodel. We were discussing our thoughts before going in and were parked in a spot designated for this store. An employee of the store rudely told us to move because it was for his store. He had an oversized red truck that he was unable to park and probably shouldn't have if he can't park it. We moved to another spot but then decided if patrons could not park in a spot designated for the store they are going to and are so rudely addressed it's not worth our time and money. Good job on losing a sale.

The Kitchen Design Center did an amazing job of repairing my cabinet. Each person I worked with was very professional, competent and interested in doing a superior job. I would highly recommend The Kitchen Design Center

This is the second time we have used these guys at Gramophone and the Kitchen Design Center, and we could not be happier! They did a build in office for us and it even exceeded our expectations! Gus and Kailyn are a terrific design team, Stacey has so much expertise as she helped me pick out the cabinets, quartz counter, hardware, etc and our project managers Bill and JJ were the best! Also in this time of Covid and all the added stress I need to follow up on this comment. Later in the day on New Years Eve, Stacey Turskey, called both of us. Due to all the issues as mentioned above my review on 12/31/20,the owner of KDC - Gramaphone offered a full refund for cabinet. We had not requested this but truly appreciate that in the end he went above and beyond.

Outstanding work from the crew at The Kitchen Design Center. We were due for a new refreshed kitchen and are very happy we went with these guys. Their pricing was very competitive and service was outstanding and I highly recommend!
