Jason is great! I am pretty hard on my jewelry and he is always able to repair my items perfectly.. you can never tell! He is personable, responsive and high-level. A few months back, Jason beautifully restored and cleaned two 100+ year old railroad pocket watches. Even after decades of disuse and neglect, Jason was able to bring them back to their former glory and they work perfectly! He communicated every step of the way and even helped me get them shipped across the country last minute. All around 5 stars!

If you are thinking of bringing your watch here for repair or service, PLEASE don't. As a watch enthusiast, it's about as unprofessional as it gets here. Maybe they're good for jewelry, but they are certainly no watch shop. I brought two watches in, and both came back in worse condition than I brought them in. Smudges and dust underneath the crystal and on the dial. Misaligned... both were just off. Plus he just sends them off anyways so you might as well cut him out as the middleman and go to someone worthwhile. PLEASE don't bring him your watch.

Jason Scott was recommend to me by a client of mine and let me in turn recomend him to anyone who is intrested in having a one of a kind experience with any of their jewelry needs. Jason built me a custom ring for my fiance and she absolutely loves it! Not only did he knock it out of the park, he even finished it ahead of schedule. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed to buy something I couldn't afford. But instead he listened to what I wanted and was open to emails, texts, and phone calls throught my entire buying experience. I will be using Jason for all my future jewelry needs. Thanks Jason!

I brought jason a broken watch hoping he could perform a miracle and bring it back to life. Unfortunately the parts needed to fix the watch were basically non existent so the watch ended up being unrepairable. But Jason was kind and helpful the entire way and even though he spent a lot of his time evaluating the watch and searching for parts, he still declined to charge me any money since he was unable to fix it. Gold star business owner. I would recommend.
