I’ve owned over 25 vehicles in my life and this is hands down the worst experience ever. I have a 2022 Defender, everything shorts out all of the time. My window controls just suddenly stopped working so I took it to the Hunt Valley Land Rover dealership. They told me that it needed a new motor and that they’d order one and call me when it came in. For three months I called every two weeks and they would tell me that the motor hasn’t come in yet and that they would call me when the motor came in. I decided to be patient. I waited and after 6 months without a functioning driver side window I call up and they put me on hold, then come back to tell me that it’s been sitting in the back for a couple months and to come get it installed.
A couple months later my front headlight stops working. There are no bulbs, it’s a $4000+ replacement when your headlight stops working. I take my car to the dealership again and after sitting there for four hours they come out and tell me what I already knew: that they needed to order a headlight. They gave me the truck back and told me they’d be in touch. Another month has gone by with no headlight and I’ve now been pulled over twice. I call and text customer service twice a week and they tell me that they’ll get back to me and never do.
I am one of those people who NEVER complain, I am always exceptionally nice, and extremely patient. However this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car ever. I’ve had BMWS, Mercedes, Hondas, Lexus, Mitsubishis, Jeeps etc and never had such horrible customer service at a dealership, problems with the vehicle etc. and this is supposed to be luxury?? With an insane price tag? I will be telling everyone I know to steer as far clear as humanly possible.
UPDATE: Upon leaving this feedback they responded below and I still have yet to get contacted or get returned calls.

I recently took my Range Rover Sport in for service. Jonathon was my customer service representative. The service was excellent and timely, and, best of all, there was no up-sale pressure! I would recommend Land Rover Hunt Valley for your service needs.

Service Department: Unfortunately, the mechanic was unable to find the problem, therefore, could not solve it. My check engine light comes on and off. The check engine light was not on when I took it for service. I was told it takes 24-48 hours to check for "check engine," thus, two days without my vehicle only to pick up my 2013 Evoque Range Rover with an unresolved problem. I will need to take it back when the light comes on again. However, each time I start the engine the panel tells me service required. I give 5 star because I appreciate the honesty of the mechanic.

Mark was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Great service once again ! George & Annette are fantastic, quick check in , then provided Lyft to go to work. When my Defender was ready the Lyft brought me back. All service was perfect , I have purchased several Rovers from Ken & Bill! Highly recommend! Never an up sell ?
