Personally, the loading time was very fast, 45 minutes, very good service.

Easy parking, easy to find the location.1 hour and 45 minutes to load. Especially when there was no other truck. Seems shippers take full advantage of the 2-hour window.

Checked in at 12:36 got to the dock 4:00.realy slow.Also mixed paperwork at the window clerk.Forklift driver was talking to the truck next to me for about 10 minutes instead to load my truck.
