This really is a "gem" of a jewelry store. Excellent customer service. I worked with Daryl to have him design a custom aquamarine ring for my 50th birthday. He transferred an elegant/vintage diamond setting from an old broach and placed it delicately onto my custom ring. It looks absolutely stunning and I couldn't be any happier. I will be back!

Upon high recommendations from others I went to HVJ for a repair need and had an AMAZING experience!! Wife had a stone lost from a ring; Darryl found a replacement and repaired the ring, very reasonably priced, very quick turnaround! Highly recommend!

Daryl is a miracle-worker! He saved my wedding band that was botched by another jeweler. I was sure we would have to start from scratch, but he came up with a brilliant plan to fix it for a much more reasonable price. He also advised me on my engagement ring and gently steered me towards a design that was even more perfect than the one I was SURE I would like best. He has amazing taste and can read what his customers want, even when we use vague words like “make it less pokey.” I can’t recommend Hunt Valley Jewelers enough!

Totally racist establishment. Walk in to get an appraisal of a ring. Was greeted by a young woman and was told to hold on. I was speaking with my wife on the phone and the geologist / owner approached and said 1st off don't be on that phone. I politely let him know that he needs to better approach asking someone for their undivided attention. He made a slur about " you people need to get off the phones". He then walks into the back ranting. I asked him to step out here and say it directly to me and he just waved bye.

VERY RUDE MANAGEMENTThis place was completely unprofessional. I came in with friends to look at Jewelry and the manager asked if we weren’t looking to buy or sell all the staff were busy. Me and my friends were the only ones in there and there were 5 people on the shift hiding in the back. Please reframe from giving them your business and go to a PROFESSIONAL Jeweler that will treat you with RESPECT and KINDNESS.

Hunt Valley Jewelers are the absolute best! Daryl did an absolutely outstanding job on my custom wedding band. He was able to match the design and shape of my engagement ring perfectly. The entire process was so easy and the quality of the work is outstanding. I recommend them to everyone I know and I continue to come back for all my jewelry needs. It pays to go to a family business that values their customers. I also had them help me make a beautiful necklace out of the excess links from a tennis bracelet I had. The necklace turned out exactly as I wanted and the communication and prices were great. I will continue to come back here.

HVJ will definitely be my destination for any repair/custom work going forward due to excellent customer service and reasonable prices. My watch batteries were replaced on the spot; I needed repairs for a couple of 14k pieces and was offered a sensible recommendation. When I had to wait a half hour because one of the repairs were not completed on time, HVJ volunteered a discount even though I did not complain…this shows sensitivity to and consideration of the customer’s experience.

HV jewelers is a small family run company that offers quick service an fair prices. They fixed a clasp on my pearl necklace and turned it around quickly. I would definitely come here again for a more personalized jewelry experience

Stopped in to have a watchband resized. They work quickly, do good work, and charge great rates. Great customer service, too.
