This was my first (and probably only) visit to this particular Goodwill..
???????? - there was not exactly very much of a selection (hardly at all) to really choose from.
On top not having much of a selection, and even though there were "size labels/sections", with what little they DID have, almost NONE of it was in the correct size placement.
I picked up at least 10 different tops that were in the XL and XXL sized sections (womens), and was finding that they were either ?????, or were ????? ?????!!!
But...the employees were SUPER nice/friendly!!!!!!

I arrived at the store Monday at 10:10 am but the door is closed. There were 4 people waiting outside, the staff also outstide chatting on the phone. Minutes later she unlocked the door but lock it again so no one can get in. 20 min later after I came back from nearby, the door was still locked and there were 6 people wating outside for the store to open, 6 new people not the previous 4. It was 10:28 and one of the waiting customer called in and was told there would be at least another half hour until the store opens. So the business hour Mon- Fri 10-19 was just a sign, but the real business hour depends on the mood of the staff?

The employees are very nice and helpful, especially the young black male cashiers, Makenzie, and the female assistant manager with the braids. The prices are hit or miss at times. I do feel that the toys and chairs are priced pretty fair. The guys taking the donations in the back are always friendly. I like this location and Towson the best.

Difficult to donate given the limited hours. Plus brought a tote of nice glassware and needed the tote back. Clerk looked in the tote then angrily dumped it into a bin. Loud sound of glass breaking. Need to find another organization that accepts donations.

Very keen to adhere strictly to their work hours when it comes to taking donations. Come 4 pm, they no longer want the freebies they live off of. Seems there’s been too much generosity towards the place. There are many other outfits that would come to your house to get free goods. Least tell you it’s past 4 pm and they’re closed.

Did Goodwill forget that these items are DONATED!!? And mostly USED ITEMS? I went in there last week and I was blown away by the absolutely absurd prices on all items! I was so shocked and dissapointed!!! WHO IS PRICING THESE ITEMS!?? Seriously though !!?? Just a small example...I found 2 items from the DOLLAR TREE...one was priced $1.50 (a bag of very small rocks that fit in the palm of your hand). The other was a small drinking glass for $2.00..you can buy these items BRAND NEW at the Dollar Tree at a price of $1.25!! I so wish I took photos. I do not recall the prices on clothes and shoes but they seemed outragious to me as well. I used to love this place!! I do not believe in donations being priced at or more than what was regular price of the item initially.

Not a good experience at the cash register desk. With the clerk's permission, I set aside eight matching crystal glasses on the counter, next to a register. When I was ready to pay, the clerk told me I needed to move all eight matching glasses to his register. OK - three trips back and forth as he is stood at the register. He could have helped; he chose not to, but stood there and waited for me. He rang up the order by listing one glass then hit the register key eight times. Question is could he have lifted one glass five feet and placed it back where I had it? I paid with my credit card. Then, he stood there motionless. I asked him if he was going to wrap the glasses in newspaper, or should I. No response. He reached for the newspaper under the desk after I asked him to, then I had to move the glasses back to the original location to wrap each glass. I then had to ask him for a bag. The bottom line here is he could have been helpful to me. No help. I enjoy shopping and will continue to do so. If I see him again, he will have a better attitude, or I will say something about it directly to him calmly.

I don't mind being asked if I'd like to round up my total for whatever charitable thing it supports.I usually don't mind saying "yes" and rounding up.I DO mind the cashier taking the liberty of rounding my total up to the next dollar without asking me; especially when I'm only buying one thing for a few dollars.I don't know if they have some kind of quota system that incentives this kind of dishonesty or not, but I will no longer be rounding up in the future, and I will be avoiding this location entirely.

Just found out Goodwill prices are more expensive now, so instead of go shopping there once a week, I may go there once or twice a year since there is no fun to get something I like at a cheap price any more. I am sure Goodwill will lose business. People go there to get cheap stuffs. When there is nothing cheap, they just stop shopping there. The employees are very nice and friendly. I definitely will miss the old days.

Wow. This use to be my go to Goodwill. In the past 2 weeks the prices have tripled. Junky brands for 12 to 15 dollars used, dirty or damaged. Every Coat Jacket and Vest no matter the brand or size started at 25 and went up from there. The staff has changed as well. Use to have the nicest ladies working there, now not so much.
