Customer Service is fantastic! One of my daughter's drawers had come loose and Keith arrived and fixed it very promptly. Love the furniture and all their support, everyone is so helpful and kind.

The quality of the furniture is unrivaled and top-quality, but the customer service left something to be desired. There were no issues ringing me up for a purchase of thousands of dollars, but the clerk lacked straightforward communication skills. I was told that what I purchased was in stock at the warehouse, yet it took a month to arrange a shipping date. When the shipment eventually arrived the staff was rude and 'man-splained' how the furniture could fit into my space.

Beware, They take your deposit, ya wait 9 months, then nice delivery guys deliver shoddy product, if you refuse it, then they keep your deposit. Quite the scam. And customer service is always an answering machine. Furniture delivered not family heirloom service, (see photo)

I don’t write reviews often but we love our new table (Venice table). Stopped into the Cockeysville store on a whim one day (with a baby in a stroller) not thinking we’d like anything but we quickly realized their products were exactly what we had been looking for. We wanted quality, functional, solid wood furniture. I assumed much of it would be limited in design and rather bulky but I was quite wrong. I was surprised at how many options they had including many contemporary designs. Products are not inexpensive but well worth it. I believe they had a 15% off sale in Feb/ March that we took advantage of. Heather went through options with us and was super informed/ helpful/ patient. Bought a table the next day. Product took just under 6 months (not unusual these days) to be built and shipped. Again handmade to order. It arrived on time and was setup carefully. The delivery men gave instructions on maintenance and care. Excellent experience all around. Highly recommend.

I was shopping for a hutch and decided to see what Gish's furniture in Cockeysville had for sale. I am so glad I did. I found the perfect hutch. While there I was amazed at the beautiful upholstery furniture they had. Our saleswoman, Heather, was so helpful and patient as I looked at the numerous fabric samples on display. We were able to craft a beautiful look for our living room. The pieces arrived yesterday and I am so pleased. Stunning furniture, expertly made! At first I thought the lead times were long, but this furniture is worth the wait. We also purchased a banquette for our new kitchen addition. I'm so excited to for it to arrive.

Highly recommend Gish Furniture. Sales team was amazing and patient with us while we made our selections. Ordered in September and just got our order last week. They were honest with timeframe estimate on delivery. The delivery went smoothly, right on time and they set everything up. The pieces are solid, beautiful and well crafted. So happy with our new bedroom set.

Salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, availability, and the furniture makers. My bed was delivered a few weeks after ordering and the delivery and set-up went very smoothly. Looks beautiful!

Poor customer service. I had called about a month ago and the lady took my email address and never sent me their brochure. So today I show up at the store and no one seemed interested to even greet us or ask us if we needed any help with anything. Never coming back again.

The furniture is made well. All of the wood furniture is handcrafted, which means you will generally have to wait for it. We have bought bedroom, living room, and kitchen furniture and are pleased. The wait is worth it!
