A few months ago I left my wallet at the self checkout. When I went back a few moments later, it was already at customer service. The young man at customer service had me go through it to make sure nothing was missing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The woman working at the self checkout stole my water. The employees at this location are really unfriendly. While checking out yesterday, the woman working at the self checkout harassed me while I was checking out my items. She came over to take my basket, despite the fact that nobody was in the checkout area, and said some really passive aggressive things to me under her breath. I accidentally left a bottle of water on the floor by my feet and came back in about a minute later, and it was gone, and the woman claims she didn’t know what happened to it. A customer leaving at that same time made a comment to me that she had taken it. I’m surprised they allow their employees to treat customers so poorly. The store looks kind of dirty too.

The pharmacy is the rudest group of people I have ever encountered. It’s completely disheartening. “Trish” is rude, short and extremely unprofessional.

I hate shopping here inside. Only one cashier ever backed up with three or four people, while self checkout has a 20 item limit and terribly impatient machines. Today I saw three employees just chilling behind the registers chatting while all this is going on. Pickup only from now on.
7/30/24 editing to 1. Did the pickup and had the worst experience. First they forgot I was in the lot. Then they only gave me 4 bags for my $200+ something order. I called back and they said they'd look - Pickup rep called back and said they must have given my bags away. She said she'd reshop and it would take ten minutes. Great, mistakes happen. Three minutes later she calls back and says whoever took my bags wouldn't be able to return them in a timely fashion (first of all, I do not want bags that have been touched by another customer or potentially accidentally rifled through, etc). I asked why that mattered, she said she would reshop it, to which she responded that she actually could not reshop right now because they were too busy with other orders. Seriously? Then she suddenly changed her mind and said wait actually, I might have time, but I'd been sitting there for half an hour at that point impatient with the lack of customer service and asked for a refund. Today I checked my refund, for $90 out of again $200+ worth of my food. I did the math and I'm owed about 140.
I'm really just confounded by this. I don't know how anyone can shop here with customer service so incompetent. I've been going to this location on family trips since I was a kid so it's sad to see how downhill it's gone. No customer should be treated this way when I have a family to feed and a kid waiting for me to pick her up from school.

Rented me a broken Rug Dr. , waisted time, energy, gasoline, and half of a $40 gallon of Natures Miracle. My back is killing me and I've gotten nothing accomplished not to mention they couldn't help me with any of that. UPDATE, the machine I was given in exchange dumped soap all over my carpet today and I'm not sure I want to get a third machine

This place is supposed to close at 10pm, yet I was denied entry at 9:55PM when I was simply attempting to purchase firewood. When I told them I needed it to stay warm through the night, I was told “too bad”. I watched people walk out 12 minutes later. Did I mention I shop here every week for years? Not anymore. Avoid this place if you can.

Store close to us in the type of our crossroads on a human scale.
Not too big, but with very good and fresh products. Piulet rotis, large choux of whole and cut fruits and vegetables.
It's a shame that Activia only exists with fruit.
Impossible to find natural Activias like in France.
Prepare your shopping bags because those available for 5 cents are made of kraft paper.

I was in there on the 24th December at 4:16 for my checkout. Two employees started cussing and yelling at each other, then one ran up the stairs and the other ran after the first trying to physically fight the other. It was awful for that to happen, awful to see and I am ultimately disappointed in that store. I will likely not shop that store. I tried to go on the website for the chain about this and I can't even get through the 50 or more get a free this and that from other stores. This chain will likely never see my business again because of the fight and then the inability to log a complaint via my receipt.

Decent selection of groceries, prices are okay. Self checkout is not the best, I wait in line for a real person. Service is always friendly.
