Visited this store to browse for a new coat. The owner was nice at first, but when I made it clear that the products were too poor quality for the selling price, he became super rude and threatened to have my car towed if I didn't leave immediately. No wonder his parking lot is always empty...

Loved this store! Great selection of beautiful furs and accessories. And they can make something special to your specifications, plus they do repairs and restyles right on premises (by Demetrios himself). Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Ever since I was a little girl I can remember seeing that creamish colored bag being delivered to my great grandmothers home, she never sent them anywhere else! Now my grandmother has inherited the furs and Furs by Demetrios still take care of them. My grandmother has fallen I'll and with all the stress I completely forgot about the furs..but they worked with me and still have the furs the same care they used when my great grandmother was alive...that shows me that they truly do care about their customers..and I will continue to send my grandmother's belongings to them!

A lovely family owned business. I love the store and the salespeople are wonderful. The furs are gorgeous. They have exquisite styles in array of colors! I always wanted a big fur hat. They have everything that your heart desires. If you want personal treatment and people that truly care, please check them out.I was mesmerized by the beautiful garden to the right of the entrance. Lemon trees, fig trees and fresh herbs it looks like a beautiful garden in Greece or Italy. It has it's own irrigation system set up. It looks to be a brick oven in the back. What a beautiful place.

These people have become like family to me...Aunt Carol and Uncle Demetrios! I only come back so often because they have A+ customer service and a selection of furs that is plenteous and just amazing with traditional and modern styles in new and preowned furs. They are very educated and knowledgeable about the fur industry as well as fur fashion, but at the same time create a very warm shopping atmosphere without feeling like they are trying to take your money. If anyone asks me where to go, I send them all to Demetrios. I warn them about all of the love they will experience, the great prices, the huge selection, THE ON SITE STORAGE!!!!!, and the awesome atmosphere unlike any other furrier I've ever been to. Let's just say, every person that I have referred to Demetrios has walked away with at least 1 coat! Fur all of your fur needs, this is the place!

The entire family is very personable and made me feel very comfortable with my purchases. I especially loved the way they assured me about the care and alterations to the fur of my recently deceased mother. It was an emotional situation for me and they helped me through the process.
