Acura care is a real thing. 08/31/2024 my wife and I were on a day trip with our 2015 TLX that would involve 150 miles driving and tires were under inflated. No gas station air was working and we pulled into Acura dealer. They took care of inflation problem and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. No charge and no questions as to whether we purchased car there. I have had 4 Acura cars 2 of which were purchased at Hunt Valley Acura when I lived closer to Hunt Valley when it was called Frankel Acura. Thanks again for help.

I purchased my vehicle through this dealership over a year ago and the process was easy to which I appeciated the sales team for. But this review is for service.I recently had my oil changed and I was not very happy to say the least. Unprofessional compared to how it was in the past. From the way the staff is dressed, to the competance of the employees explaining anything regarding your vehicle. I must say, even the higher end dealers are just as bad as any others nowadays. I along with everyone in my family drive nothing but Honda/ Acura's, and to keep good customers coming back, Autonation, you better get more professional employees in there or you will lose service in the future.

I took my 2018 Acura RDX to Auto Nation Hunt Valley - after receiving a dash board indicator signal that the vehicle had an Engine Emissions issue. A convenient service appointment was made with Cindy Quinones, at the service desk, and a "loaner" was provided during the time of service. After running an electronics system check, Cindy advised that the mechanic determined that an Oxygen Sensor needed to be replaced to fix the problem. I also opted for some additional work including Rear Differential & Brake Fluid Flush, as well as Wheel Alignment. The vehicle service was completed within a time frame as estimated. However, after picking the vehicle up - a short time later the Engine Emission Indicator came on again. I called Service Manager, George Matsoukos, and advised about the Engine Emissions indicator re-appearing, and George had me drop of the vehicle, and again provided a "loaner". George then had the vehicle electronic systems reviewed and insisted that he wanted the issue resolved before returning the vehicle. During this process George, called me daily to update me on service progress, and eventually the problem was corrected and has not re-occurred. I appreciate George;s continued attention to the problem, and the use of the "loaner vehicle" during the service period ensured that work & family obligations were not interrupted. I was very pleased with the friendly, courteous and determined attention to my service issue by Cindy & George. All reasons that I will return my vehicle to Auto Nation for continued service needs.

The staff were courteous and respectful of my time. They were also very knowledgeable on their selection of vehicles.
What I appreciated rhe most wasted were honest and straightforward about their pricing. What they discussed with me regarding payments was true to form when I arrived to see the car.

My wife and I both had used an independent auto service business. My wife switched to AutoNation Acura where her service representative was Cindy. My wife (different last name) had a great experience. I decided to switch to AutoNation Acura before a trip we are about to take to Montreal. Initially I had difficulty scheduling a service appointment due to the software failure of software use by many auto dealerships. I finally drove out to the dealership to se if I could arrange service in person. The first person I ran into was Cindy. She took over, got me a date with a loaner car and handled everything perfectly. If you have an Acura have it serviced and connect with Cindy. The work performed by AutoNation Acura was done done correctly, finished when promised and for the price specified on the work order.

The service experience was wonderful. George explained everything and provided an estimate of how long I could expect to wait. The service was quicker than the expected timeframe. George explained what was done and what would be needed in the near term. He also took the time to explain the connecting rod recall. Thank you George for a great experience.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! After visiting 4 other dealerships, AutoNation Acura of Hunt Valley was the most respectful and enjoyable experience. Will Gaines, our rep, was in constant communication and pulled a car from another location the day it passed inspection so I could be the first to see it. He went above and beyond for me to see this car and called me with updates consistently. The manager, Ray Wes, did everything in his power to get me to my monthly finance goal. The two of them truly made process easy and didn’t just sell me a car. They were patient, understanding, and want their customers to buy for the right reason. Shoutout to their finance manager, Lorenzo Dyson, who stayed late to get this done too! Nobody likes doing paperwork but he made it quick and painless. Thank you AutoNation!! Love my new Highlander!!
