Shame on this store! I went in there today with my face shield and the cashier (who didn't even greet me when I walked in) told me that my mask was not appropriate. It covered my mouth and nose. I wasn't near anyone and there were only two other people in the store. It is inappropriate for a business to discriminate against people for their masks, especially if they have a medical condition. I will support the francesca's in Towson from now on.

It is a Sunday morning I need to be somewhere and it is 10:15. The store advertises it opens at 10am so I made sure to get here right around opening time. No one to be found in site. I have seen three different people try to open the door. If you don't open until later than please get your advertising correct because this really put a damper on my morning. I work in customer service so I know how important it is to keep your customers happy and I am extremely frustrated

Such a fun boutique style shop that always fun and unique clothes and accessories. The shining star here is the Staff! The associates are always super friendly and helpful, and even remember you from visit to visit! This is one of my favorite places to shop largely because of the great customer service.

Bottom Line: Super Cute Stuff! They had so many cute items: Unique beach cover-ups Tops and dresses and shorts Mom gifts Baby gifts Bride gifts Jewelry and lots of misc do-dads My only complaint- I asked for something in an x-large and the girl told me they are more of a Boutique and don't get many x-larges. WOW!?!? The ladies working In here were really helpful. Bottom Line: is go back in if I were looking for a cute gift - but obviously I'm not getting anything for myself ;-@

They have the cutest, girly, girly accessories and pj's fit for a person like me that loves to buy an array of different stuff all the time. They update their stock weekly and the sales are phenomenal. I always psyche myself out by saying, "I am buying gifts buy majority of the time I keep the items for self"!

I came in looking for a pair of sunglasses and ended up spending way more time looking around, than I thought I would. Nikki is wonderful and she's very helpful in assisting you with anything you need. She's a great person to go to if you're looking for a cute new wardrobe or accessory styling ideas. Customer service is horrible. One time I went in and asked about an email I received, the manager, or who I assume to be the manager seemed annoyed to answer my question and made me feel stupid for asking about the newsletter for their store. The next time I went to purchase my items the two cashiers (one of which was the same woman from last time) continued talking about their personal lives and did not even say hello or greet me. I asked to have my gift boxes distinguished somehow on the outside as they look the same and are going to different people. The same women looked at each other and said "You're gonna have to do that yourself." Really? I was just asking them to do something as simple as put a piece of tape on the outside of one of the boxes. I can't ever go here again because of these two women. The store itself and clothes are amazing.
