I live in western Minnesota. Never once have I been in Maryland, much less bought a vehicle there. For some reason, this dealership has called me 7 times over the last few months to "update their records" regarding a vehicle that I traded off over 3 years ago. A vehicle that I bought in North Dakota and traded to a dealer in Minnesota. I keep telling them that it's gone, and they keep calling me. I just don't get it...

If I could give this place zero or negative stars I would. I've brought my car 2009 Sebring convertible (only 40,000 miles on it) in and every time they charge a fortune and it's never actually fixed. This time the car wouldn't move out of park. I saw on YouTube that it is an easy fix, a small piece of plastic connector. Don Whites told me first it was an electrical problem which it wasnt, then they said the console needed to be replaced which wasn't the problem either. They pretty much threw up their hands and told me I could drive it with a screwdriver stuck into the gearshift. I said no!! We called every week and no one would return our calls. 3 months later, they called to say the repair was done. Walked in today $1000 later paid and now the convertible top will not go down. It worked when I brought it in. They said it must have been my fault. I never even left the lot! A warning light came on when I started the car. They told me they can look at it and were so rude! They slammed my keys down and stomped off. I'm still without a working car. Why bring a car to the dealer when they have no clue what they are doing and they are just the worst with customers. I've HAD it! Avoid at all costs!

I bought the used car from Don white's. The car had interior trim loose. The floor mats and one charging port were missing. Kevin is nice person but he had to get approval from higher up, where requests were not met. And as such, our expectations were not completely met.

I had a fantastic experience at Don Whites. My husband and I had been searching for a new vehicle at several dealers and finally decided on a grand Cherokee overland. We searched all over for the exact Jeep and Don Whites had it. The dealership is a bit of a hike from our house but we happened to be in the area so we swung by. Trevor was our salesperson and he was fantastic! We were trading two vehicles and only had 1 with us, so we had to come back with both vehicles. We had an appointment with Trevor but after so much back and forth with other dealers I truly wasn't in the mood for games. My husband told Trevor jokingly that I said he has 1 hour to get a deal done. I was tired, so I wasn't really joking. When we went back to the dealer Trevor was ready to make a deal and in the end the deal was done in 50 minutes. They were fair with their offer, friendly, and overall quick! Buying a vehicle is never a quick process, so considering, they were fast! After a hellish shopping experience with other dealerships, I could not be happier with my experience at Don Whites and will 10/10 recommend Don Whites and Trevor!

I highly recommend Don Whites if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Everyone there was professional and kind. I especially recommend Blake Dukes if you are making an appointment with a certified sales consultant. He was really wonderful to work with and was a refreshing change from other experiences I’ve had. I absolutely love my new (to me) Jeep! Thanks Blake!!

This review primarily refers to their now shuttered Body Shop. Last March my vehicle was left with a deep impression of a trailer hitch on the front bumper courtesy of a hit and run (or so the assailant thought) at a local business. In early April I arranged through my insurance carrier to get an estimate and work done at Don White's. Because of supply chain issues I didn't expect the work to be done immediately but I also didn't expect to be kept in silence unless I reached out to them for for updates, which I did about every four to eight weeks. I got the same old song and dance, in fact nothing of substance until I reached out to them December 30. I left a voicemail and received one in return stating the Don White Collision Center was permanently CLOSED. It was one of those WTF!? moments! When did they decide to close and why did they keep me in the dark preventing me going to another concern to get the job done? Closures like this don't happen immediately. It was planned months in advance and executed accordingly. Needless to say, my insurance carrier was stunned and a little miffed as well. Bottom line- this experience doesn't just leave a negative imprint for what was a pretty decent body shop (I had work done there before) but for the entire Don White organization from top to bottom. It stinks. Decades ago, White's jingle for their Timonium and North Point stores was "Don White's Treats You Right !" Today, that slogan is nothing more than a bad joke.

I've been a customer of Don's for a few years now and have enjoyed it thus far. To some degree, I think, folks come into dealerships ready for battle or disappointment which, of course, ends up being a self-fulfilling prophecy. I've purchased 1 vehicle and while the sales experience was a little clunky, (they accidentally ordered the wrong vehicle!) everyone I worked with was polite and earnest and I walked away happy with the experience. I've since sold that vehicle and purchased a new one from another dealer (stock was so low during the pandemic that I was forced to look elsewhere) which I take to Don's service department. I was a little fearful that the service team would be a little gruff being that I had purchased from another dealer, but they've been wonderful and I plan to keep taking my vehicles there. Oh, once I had a local Mr. Tire struggle to balance some new tires... they just couldn't get rid of some wobble. Don's service department had me in there the next day and was able to properly balance them without issue. I really appreciated that.

I've given this place a few opportunities including trying to buy a used vehicle , then a new vehicle then their service department. Each and every time they managed to be a major disappointment! The new car opportunity could not have been more typical slimy "Bait and switch" than imagined After buying my car elsewhere, I tried to let the GM know about my disappointment with the salesman,et.Al, but they never returned my call. Then my son , a newly minted Marine officer, went to their Service department looking for support with our Jeep that needed A RECALL repair resolved ASAP, as he was being deployed that week. They indicated they would call back as soon as the part came in "hopefully in a day or two" Two weeks later after 3 unreturned calls we went to another Jeep dealer who got the part in in 3 days and resolved the RECALL notice in one more day

A good job was done on my repair, however, customer service was the pits. I was quoted 2 weeks and my car took a little over a month. I was told that my car would be ready at the end of the week 3 weeks in a row and that someone would call me. Neither was true each week in a row. Shipping delays are understandable but a complete lack of accountability in communication is unacceptable. The cherry on top is finally picking up the car and being told that you'll have to come back to get the emblem put on the door because they lost the first one in the shop. Unacceptable for having had someone's car for such an extended period of time. All details should have been in place. All I got was a bunch of "sorry"s and "thanks for choosing us". No discount, gift card or any kind of consolation was offered. Pitiful. Oh and this was dealing with the manager so I don't expect much to change. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing them. Never again.

I am actually sad to write this review. I have been a customer of Don Whites for over 10 years. I am on my 4th car from them. I have had family members buy cars from them based on my opinion. I never had a problem until this year. The way they have handled an interior issue with my Jeep is horrific. It's been nearly a year and it still isn't resolved. Jessica outright lied and has provided no help In resolving my issues. She has an awful attitude and terrible customer service. I have left multiple messages for Stan, the service manager. I have yet to receive a return call. Never received a call back from Jeep Chrysler. I just found out they closed my claim the same day I opened it. They closed it without notifying me. Be very careful with this company as when something is wrong, they simply hang you out to dry. Now I know I will get the standard response to this review and will be asked to reach out to them. My response to that is, check your messages. I have already tried reaching out. Don White and Jeep Chrysler have failed is every way.

Consistently terrible experiences here. Plan on everything taking twice as long as they tell you and it costing much more. They provide no transparency, help or really anything positive at all. I interact with them only because the car I have was purchased there and hate every second of it.

I bought 2 Jeeps from Don White both times I had very pleasant experiences. The trouble came when I sold one of them back. I was first told on a Saturday that they would have my 26k check ready on Tuesday. When I called Tuesday they said they had to wait for the title to be released. It could be a couple of weeks. I said ok. I sold them the truck on May 28. I could see on Chrysler credit - it was paid off on June 2nd. I called them on June 16th. 20 Days after I sold them the car and asked about the check. No one knew anything and was rude to me for asking. I finally spoke to someone that was able to cut my check. I also have a refund from all the warranty's. Originally they said that would take 2 weeks. It has been 4 and again. No one knows anything. So bottom line - yes. U can buy from them. Sales and service is great. But don't sell to them unless you can afford to float their cash flow for a month.

**SCAMMERS** This service center is a trash. First visit: I have free services on my Jeep JL 2.0 4 cylinder and even though I have 4 free services they tried to charge me $60 bucks saying that those only covers base fare, I had 3 previous free services and I didn't paid a dime, at the time of purchase dealers told me clearly that I have free services and can redeem any where across the nation and after showing them all the paper work they agreed to wave charges acting like as if they were doing me a favor. Second visit: Again this time same service advisor Alan. Initial he quoted $72 for 5qtz oil change and I said I have coupon which on their website for $59.95. He hesitated but asked me to email the coupon the coupon which is in their own website and I did it. These where story gets interesting, after completion of service they charged me $102 and after coupon discount $72. When I questioned my coupon say $59.95 plus tax why $72 plus tax? Mr.ALAN SAID THEY PUT 6QZT ENGINE OIL IN MY 4CYC JEEP WHICH CAPACITY IS ONLY 5QZT I WONDER HOW CAN YOU PUT 6QZT IN IT AND IN PAPER WORK IT IS WRITTEN ONLY 5QZT. That's when I asked him to update my paper and give me bill description written clearly that you put 6qzt, so that I file complaint with MOPAR and check with them . He acted like mechanic got confused, but from the beginning I was saying how come you put 6qzt in 4cyc engine, we keep saying yes we put 6qzt. When I final told them I ready to pay but pls update the paper work with 6qzt. Then finally he asked me to pay only $59.95 plus tax. These people are real SCAMMERS. I'm not going to scammers again. My visit I thought it might be mix up but after second visit I can clearly see how they try to con you if you really don't know about cars.
