Yesterday I went in with my mind on the 2015 Hyundai Tucson. I Was extremely nervous because this is the first car I purchased that was in previous accident. But Robert Smith was amazing. He had the car pulled up, clean and filled with gas and coolant. His smile is contagious and he didn’t pressure me at all. He assured me they only the best was sold. The car drives good so far but I did notice when I went to park the car in garage, that the passenger side light/high beam doesn’t work. So I’ll call dealership to see if I can get that fixed. Be back to leave another review with update.

I just got off the phone with the sales manager. What an awful experience. We were told a car matching our specs had been located, we wrote a check for the car. The next morning we were called and told they were not able to get that car but they had found a new one. We now would get that new one the next day. Ok - and it was cheaper. Ok. So we planed to tear up the old check and write a new one. Nope - the first one was already deposited - no problem the dealer would refund the difference. Now I have the new car. I want my refund check - I wrote the first check over a week ago. The sales manager says - didn’t you read the small print on the receipt. It’s 10 business days before you can get a refund. I am out of town then. Sorry - he says check your receipt. I tell him my first check has cleared my bank. This whole thing is Don White’s issue. Sorry customer- you missed the small print - nope- not doing it. You should be thanking me - do you know how hard we worked for you? I’m sorry - isn’t the car dealers job to locate a car to sell it???
So instead of this Friday (8 business days later) - they will not release it until Tuesday. We are not in town so now it will be mailed. Last purchase here for sure.
Additional comments - based on reply.
Correcting inaccuracies:
1) My comments are a result of my experience. I posted (as is everyone’s right), if I was not pleased with the experience. It is not a threat. It is everyone’s right as a customer.
2) I did not demand an immediate refund. I wrote the check last week. I asked for a refund before I leave town. If I got it Friday it would be 8 business days vs. 10 business days.
3) The original checked has cleared properly. My bank has confirmed that the original check cleared a few days after it was written. The money is no longer in my account.
4) The response says “Unfortunately, that vehicle was sold before we could complete the transaction.” My original check was deposited immediately by the dealer, I assume before the transaction was complete. This is why the only to get our money back is a refund.
5) The response implies that a call might mitigate the situation. The truth is I called. That phone call resulted in my being told they were not considering any exception and that I should be “thanking them.” And I didn’t appreciate how hard they worked for me.
6) Hoping that the dealer would give you money you are owed, because they had to locate another car, after they cashed your check immediately. And your check has already cleared is not unreasonable. We are away on day 10. We are here on day 8.
Lastly and most importantly- To anyone who wants to post a review - do not let the vendor intimidate or bully you by characterizing your review as extortion or a threat. These reviews are how we will learn which vendors we all want to work with.

Went in to look at two specific Jeeps. Was profiled by not only the sales person but the sales manager as well. They kept saying they wanted me to look at other Jeeps “in my range” instead of one I wanted to see. I reiterated the two specific Jeeps I wanted to test drive and they asked me several times about what features I really wanted so they could get me that in a Jeep “in my range”.
How did they know what my range was? Is it because I’m a woman who appears to be younger than I am? Therefore I can’t possibly afford a higher trim level? They never asked me anything about my budget, my finances or my personal circumstances. They wrongly assumed that I couldn’t afford what I wanted to see.
I never got to test drive one of the Jeeps I went in to see - they brought me a completely different Jeep to test drive. When I asked to see pricing of the Jeeps, they told me to call them next week after I get my insurance check.
I have a great job, earn a good salary + bonuses + I own my own small business and I make more than enough to pay for the Jeeps I wanted to see.
Do not go here if you are a woman. Management at this dealership needs to train their employees on Bias and Profiling. They lost a solid customer and I’ve told everyone I know about what happened.
Update Post Dealer Response: You are again using bias in your reply to me. You say most customers don’t buy what they initially go in to the dealer to see. By saying that, you are automatically assuming I am like most customers and affirming that I don’t know what I want. In 2019 I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from a Jeep dealer, I saw it online, knew it was the car I wanted at a price I liked, went to the dealer and bought it. So, I do my research and I know what I want. I don’t need to be told that I don’t.
Your team DID NOT ask me any questions about my financial situation, my budget or my income, please don’t lie. They DID make assumptions about me. I had someone else with me, so I have a witness.
I went to another Jeep dealer, further away, to look the car I came to test drive at your dealership. They were happy to show me the car I specifically wanted to see, and they gave me some pricing. Sure, the incentives may change, but as your own Sales Manager said, they don’t change drastically. I’ll be buying my Jeep from the other dealership.
Again, you should not make assumptions about what people want or their personal circumstances.

I recently purchased a Jeep from Don Whites dealership, and I am happy to say that it was one of the best auto sales experiences I have ever had. My sales consultant, Ryan Tracey was fantastic, super professional, friendly and super efficient. My wife and I were in and out out of the dealership in about 90 min from start to finish.
I highly recommend this dealership if you are in need.

I honestly had no intention of buying a used car, but so glad we did. We absolutely love the car and the experience we had. Ryan was very attentive and made everything so easy. He was very patient. When I consider getting another car we will definitely come see Ryan at Don White’s. Loved the warranty and oil changes they definitely stand out in a saturated business.

I presented a coupon to apply to tires. Unbeknown, coupons for tires are not accepted. Although the coupon was posted on Don White’s service website, it was denied. I was told that a service discount for labor was applied yet no written proof provided. I was also chastised for not asking for itemized cost for service/labor prior. This person, Ms. Jessica Griffin, was verbally abrasive with a dismissive tone while demonstrating a “she’s right” attitude rather than collaborating with the customer. While absorbing Ms. Jessica's personal (not professional ) attitude, I remain reserved with my inquiries. A “manager” (not Mr. Stan) just stood and heard how she presented herself yet I was watched like a suspect. When I directly inquired of his presence, Ms. Jessica attacked my inquiry with a blunt and defending tone; he is the manager and he can stand. My word, the entitlement; really! This is not the first occurrence. Coupons that are offered on Don White’s website were not accepted and the verbal stipulations do not align with printed coupons. Although this is an ongoing occurrence, I keep trying with Ms. Jessica and Don White’s services. I definitely challenging. ? Found out the “manager” name: Zach White.
Just purchased 4 NEW tires, spent over $1,000 and the picture will show the value of their service. This is unacceptable. I did not pay for recycled tires. I am intrigued and waiting to hear the explanation/excuse for the plaster on the left rear tire and none on the other three. Therefore, I anticipate denial, not accepting responsibility and reflect blame towards me. Extremely disappointed… ZERO STARS (? ⭐️).
WARNING: Do not hesitate to INSPECT the quality of the products and labor. Stop accepting verbal pricing and ask for itemized prices of products and labor. Take pictures, post, and write reviews to enlighten others that manipulation is not acceptable. The more exposure, could implement education to improve the quality of service and not use recycled pruto think twice about the products used. Let’s stop accepting subpar products, labor, and service.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to this dealership, specifically to Ryan. From the moment I pulled up the the property I was greeted with enthusiasm and joy. This being my first time purchasing a car I never felt pressured or coerced into buying anything above my budget or talked into getting a car that I did not want. I can without a doubt say that if you want a dealership that truly cares about their customers come here. And of course don't forget to ask to Ryan.

I had an incredible experience from start to finish with purchasing my vehicle from Don White's! From Earl, to Ian, and especially Ryan and Ken (and anyone else in between) they were incredibly great with communication, photos, negotiation, and explaining all the questions I had (whether it was about the vehicle itself, the 'Don White Difference', and/or the packages/warranties). Very fair and competitive with pricing too. Of any dealership I have ever been to, the experience I had with the Finance Manager (all new car buying customers dread the finance office), Ken, is and will be unbeatable - class act, professional, quick & efficient, A++++. Thank you all again - looking forward to my lifetime free oil changes and tire rotations too :)

I've been a long time customer of Don White's so when it was time to get my son's car, I knew right where to go. Ryan Tracey helped me out with the sale and was extremely helpful and awesome without being pushy. His laidback approach was very refreshing and professional. He even put a bow on the car for a surprise reveal! Excellent experience, highly recommend and would totally go back to him in the future! Thanks Ryan!
Also special shout out to Allan Schwartzman in service! He is always helpful and makes sure everything is right. Love this place and all the staff!

Ryan Tracey is one of the most honest salespeople i’ve ever encountered in my life, he sold me my first car (used car) and didn’t hide anything made sure i was well informed about the vehicle before i bought it and he also took it to get detailed as well before i handed him the check. just gave me a great experience overall!
