I rarely write reviews but this place has exceeded my expectations in terms of value, customer service and quality. Andrew is a pleasure to work with and a master of his craft. My wife’s engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands turned out amazing. Not being able to see or touch our custom made pieces left us with some skepticism, but the final product never disappointed. Highly recommend!!

I have worked with Diamond Exchange in Hunt Valley twice, both awesome experiences. First experience was an anniversary ring purchase. Prices were very reasonable, service was awesome. Very polite, professional and helpful.Second experience was a repair on my wife’s engagement ring, which was originally purchased elsewhere. Over the years the setting in the ring failed and some stones fell out. The crew at Diamond Exchange removed the faulty setting, replaced with a new sturdy setting and we upgraded to a beautiful single princess cut, sourced from their network. The price on this was unbelievably affordable and the quality is second to none. I am a Diamond Exchange customer for life.

Fantastic customer service and THE BEST place to buy diamonds. The value for the prices is unsurpassed. 3 of our closest friends got their engagement rings made here, as did we, and all were appraised by a 3rd party for about double what we paid. Beautiful craftsmanship as well.

I highly recommend the Diamond Exchange after my experience today with selling my collection of gold jewelry, sterling silver and coins. Very professional and experienced owner/staff. I drove 2 hours to get here but it was well worth it, they paid an extremely fair price, was honest and took their time to provide accuracy. If you are looking to sell or buy items of value, definitely check the Diamond Exchange out. After meeting them, I would feel perfectly safe mailing my items to them next time.

Before going, take your diamonds out of your gold piece if just selling gold or trading gold for another piece They tell you they don't want the diamonds and do not offer you a price for the entire piece, you will be told that they will pay for the gold and if you want to have your diamonds they scam them from you. They do want your diamonds and will tell you they are of no real value to them. That they will 'repurpose" them-this is because the diamonds are of value to them. Sell the piece, or remove your diamonds and sell the gold and diamonds separately. THIEVES to the unknowing!!!

I highly recommend Andrew at Diamond Exchange. I was a very meticulous in precise when it came to what I wanted my engagement ring to look like. Anyone that knows me would say I have very high standard and an difficult to please... However, Andrew put up with my excessive over the top requests and made all my dreams come true!!! My custom engagement ring turned out even more beautiful than I imagined possible. I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful and sparkly my ring is. In addition to my gorgeous engagement ring I now have 2 amazing sets of diamond earrings! On a 5 start scale they are a 10!!!
