Overpriced with customer service attitude from some. Originally work was done a week ago and finished vehicle wasn't completed until 6-hours later. Had to return a 2nd time due to a soiled area MISSED the 1st time. Instead of simply telling me we'll take another look and service my vehicle, I'm told "we informed you we can't guarantee getting out and keeping out stains." Also, no employee within an hour came to tell me while in the waiting room that the follow-up work would take longer to do. It's called ENCORE Detailing now. I had my own encore experience and I'm not standing up and clapping.

Diamond Detail is not a car wash... it is a team of highly trained professionals that will fully protect your new car, make your used car look new again, and everything in between. I've referred people there who scoff at the pricing, but if you give them the opportunity to demonstrate the value of their work... you will NOT be disappointed. Years ago, my son scraped his Infiniti on some cones and construction barriers on the highway, and his black car had white scrape markings and dings from the drivers side front headlight, all along both doors and rear quarter panel. I was convinced we would have to replace all of it. Took it to Diamond Detail and they wet sanded the scrapes and buffed out everything for less than $300. I asked them to detail the car to get it ready to sell (mostly to ruffle my son's feathers for driving like a lunatic.) I was flabbergasted at the results... the car honestly looked like it was brand new, and I was VERY tempted to sell it, it looked so good! They steam cleaned the floor carpeting and cleaned up the interior from the visible damages of a teenaged driver. I couldn't have been more impressed. It was honestly like magic how good it looked. Since then, we take all of our vehicles to DD for washing, waxing and ceramic coating. They do extraordinary work and are worth every penny they charge, and more.

Great job. I am not a person to give feed back or rating companies, but in this case I have to. I had this smoke smell in my truck when I buy it and now it is all gone. They are friendly, professional and they are pros at their jobs.Thank you'll some much.

I had 2 of my vehicles done here recently and they did an excellent job on both. One was a a few year old black 4 Runner and a new RDX. I had a pretty specific request for the team due to some allergies in our family and they could not have been any nicer or more accommodating. I would highly recommend Encore and the team and will be brining my vehicles back again.

(Known now as ENCORE DETAIL) I had such an amazing experience with their customer service. It was impecable! My car's interior (JEEP CHEROKEE) was in bad shape - a lot of work!- but they left it looking and smelling like a new ?. Their detailing packages are fairly priced considering the amount of attention my car needed but I'm not saying they're cheap, FYI... My final thought is that YOU WON'T REGRET how much you paid once they've done their job.

Terrible experience!! I literally felt as if my car was never touched. This isn't the first time this has happened but everyone deserves second chances...I will no longer be using this company and neither should you. In spite of getting my car detailed here, I STILL had to get my car washed at a different location. Very sad and disappointing for a business. From the moment I walked into Encore Detailing's immaculate facility and was greeted by the friendly and helpful Miss Z, I had every confidence that having my car detailed for the first time there would be a good experience. And it certainly was! In fact, it far exceeded my expectations. From Frank patiently explaining the service options and specifics before giving me an estimate, to his going above and beyond on my basic full-service detail as well as some additional service requests, I could not have been more pleased. I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service and driver Don, who was a pleasant guy with careful driving skills. Before picking up my car, I waited in the customer lounge area so Frank could be sure everything was perfect before bringing it around. This area was comfortable, tidy, beautifully theme-decorated, and offered complimentary beverages.Katie very kindly checked in on me several times to be sure I was comfortable.It's clear that the entire team here takes great pride in its work and makes every effort to satisfy its customers. I am enjoying my sparkling car, which really does look like I just drove it off the showroom floor. I highly recommend Encore Detailing!
