This bank is advertised in PA but doesn't have a single ATM in PA to make deposits- NOT A ONE- I then explained where I live and asked for help with the 12 dollar fee they keep over drafting me with- which wasn't explained- and was told " To make exceptions would not be equitableto our other card members". Thanks guys for taking my last 12 bucks- I guess your bank needed it more than I did-

Disrespectful & hostile attitude towards customer simply due to a technical glitch in their machine. Lack of cooperation among employees created a toxic & unhealthy environment. Poorly trained associate was left alone tackling new challenging task!As a loyal Saphire Chase customer; I am very dissatisfied and disappointed!!I did expect professional treatment, but received none whatsoever.

I recently moved back to my hometown and tried to close my account and withdrawal my remaining funds with this bank and they made it one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with any bank. First they sent my money to a four year old address and said it was my fault for not double checking with my customer service rep. Following that I tried calling and was hung up on multiple times. Once I got someone on the line I was met with attitude and more personal blaming. I’m currently battling with the branch trying to get my money and go, however they keep spamming my email saying my address is invalid and I need to move back to change it. Please save yourself the hassle and Don’t back with Chase.

They were very nice as we signed up for their banking services but they fell short on execution. The banker told us we'd get our credit card and debit card in 2 days. We got the credit card but the debit card never showed up. When I called to get some help, they tried to help but couldn't because of bank rules. So I was upset because we needed the card urgently and a severe illness kept us from getting back to the bank. When I talked to the woman who set us up there, she made it all my problem. She told me if I was a Chase private level client, then she could help....but since I wasn't too bad. Also they don't have a notary there and she asked me to go to Bank of America, where I'm a customer, to use their notary. They were great about helping me even though they knew it was for Chase. So I'd recommend them.
