This location does not jump out at you, but it is directly on York Rd. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using them for appraisal or sale.

Andy and Jayson were great I couldn’t have had a better experience selling my SUV. They were professional, polite, courteous, and extremely efficient. They evaluated my car and gave me an excellent offer on the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anyone selling a vehicle.

Friendly staff, great and fast service. Keep in mind, they are in the business to make money. So, if you got a quote and you don’t like it… well, it does not mean they have a bad service, it’s only means that they do their job well.

My vehicle is somewhat rare so I received a better offer elsewhere but the Buyer explained they dont sell my model of vehicle on their front lots. 5 stars for the experience, it was quick, professional, and staff are informative. Much rather deal with Carmax than the sleazy salesman stuff at traditional dealerships!

I can't say enough good things about my 1st CarMax experience. I was helped immediately upon arrival (with no appointment), the appraisal of my car was quick, and they offered me exactly what I was quoted in the online (sight unseen) offer. It took no more than 30 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I had a check in my hand and was walking out. I would definitely recommend!
