Amazing service, I came in about a year ago for my blinker. To the mechanic that replaced my “blinker fluid” you are hell ??? just repeated that information to my coworker & I am embarrassed!

I purchased a 2024 service loaner with about 5K miles on it. At purchase time the price was right and the sales process was straight forward. (Best of all they did not waste my time with a protracted finance/purchase session and did not push any upsells.)
A few days after I got it home I noticed a small cosmetic problem with the car. I felt stupid for not noticing before I drove it off the lot and I postponed contacting them. A month later I got around to contacting them with a separate question and I mentioned the cosmetic problem.
They were understandably guarded in their response (how were they to know I didn't cause the problem), but invited me to come in.
After taking a look at the problem they offered to fix it at no charge, and also decided that they had not cleaned and detailed my car sufficiently before delivery. They sent me off in a loaner. When I returned after work the car was sparkling and the cosmetic problem had been fixed.
I highly recommend salesperson, Debbie Skipper and the customer care provided by the manager, Andy MacCord.

Stopped in here recently to get some info on XC40s. Carter was my salesperson, and he was fantastic. Not pushy at all (which I HATE), extremely knowledgeable about the product, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I left feeling comfortable to make an informed decision all while being offered a great deal on a vehicle I was interested in.

We just completed our purchase of a CPO Volvo from Bill Kidd’s Volvo. The entire process from the initial email to us driving off the lot was professional and flawless! Not living in the Maryland area we needed a sales representative we could heavily rely upon. Sam, our sales representative, from the first phone conversation was exceptional, knowledgeable, honest and detailed oriented. Not one detail was overlooked in making this the simplest auto purchase transaction we have ever experienced. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jared, the finance manager. Jared is a delight to work with and will brighten any transaction. Signing documents has never been so enjoyable. We absolutely would recommend Bill Kidd’s to all wanting to purchase a Volvo.

Very good cars and sales experience here. Everyone in each department is great and genuine. The managers as well are very honest, friendly and there to create the best experience. My daughter loves her suv and she also enjoyed the whole experience. When we were at carmax in Pa, they treated us like a number and were not very friendly. We didn't buy anything there and she also didn't enjoy being there at all. Volvo had a perfect pre owned Acura Rsx that she is in love with and drives like a new vehicle!

After service has Been horrible.
There was a problem with the key
They sent a tow truck, the tow truck delivered the car to the wrong dealership.
When my wife called the dealership, they told her they can't help her and she needs to call the tow truck, call the the wrong dealership and sort it all out. Nobody has tried to help all. And has just dumped it on her.
This is not the first time they made it difficult. When we got the car the software and was wrong and hmkewp coming back.
Terrible terrible service.

I have seen the the response from the dealership.
1) They have not apologized
2) They did nothing to help. All they did was blame someone else.
3) I spoke with their representative. They never called or addressed the tow truck issue.
4) They basically took no responsibility to help my wife resolve the problem not her stress.
5) They have done nothing to say, "We are sorry, We are your face of Volvo. Your business is important to us, here is what we can do to repair our relationship. Here is what we are doing so others dont have the same problem"

I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience from Bill Kidd’s Volvo. From the sales department (thank you Carter!) to the management/service (Andy, you’re the best!) they made it their focus to see to it that I was completely satisfied. I’m so happy with my Volvo…it’s my first and know it won’t be my last!

Just purchased from this dealer today. This was by far the most low key and pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. Eliot was organized and polite, setting up my initial appointment (which, if you’ve dealt with car dealers at all, you know how rare that is.) Sam and Jared were wonderful and so knowledgeable, patient and accommodating with all my questions and schedule. I can see why Volvo owners are so loyal - I can already tell that the service is top notch. And the car is pretty darn awesome too!
