Went in this week to discuss buying a vehicle and they seemed flustered and surprised by us coming in. I fully understand that not all vehicles are on site but it was the least helpful service I’ve ever had at a dealership.

I personally had the best experience at Bill Kidd's when I finally decided it was time to take the months of online research into the dealerships. I will be honest, I spent time at Lexus, BMW, Jeep and another Toyota dealer in the Owing Mills area, test driving cars and asking lots of questions and I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Bill Kidd's. Huge shout out to Carlos who was incredibly helpful with discussing all the ins/outs, pros/cons, trim options + other add-ons etc. and did not try the 'hard sell' AT ALL which I loved. It was an incredibly pleasant experience over the 2 days I spent test driving, talking, researching more, etc. before finally deciding I had the right car and dealership. He was very responsive to additional questions (over phone and text), and helped me get an even better deal than the already heavily discounted one offered (end of month is the way to go at dealerships!). Shout out to Frank too for talking through all the warrant options, add-ons and again - providing sound logic/rationale and letting me make the decisions - no pressure whatsoever on an already stressful situation.
Overall, I'm very happy with Carlos and the team and love my new Sequoia; rides like a dream for a full-size SUV (way better than Lexus GX550 from suspension/handling POV), has plenty of space (much roomier than the X7 and can actually get to 3rd row without folding 2nd row - a must with car seats/small kids) and feels way more lux than the Lexus TX/Grand Highlander inside. Do yourself a favor and give Carlos a call if you're interested in a new Toyota, I will be going back here in the future!

I went to buy car on Memorial Day car price was done on 38000 but when financing they financed for 41000 with 5.75 apr after having good credit they all work together to trick u and make u pay more than normal price

It was during the covid pandemic , and I had no other choice but to buy a brand new car. I called different dealerships and was given the runaround. When I called Bill Kidds it was the most professional service from the receptionist to the salesman I’ve ever had. And , I bought my car from Bill Kidds on October 14, 2022 the only one that was on the lot. During that time, there were no cars to be found anywhere. I have never had service that was so professional, fun, non-pressured, and I bought a warranty for the first time in my life because of the electrical elements on the newer cars. The service department is GREAT!

I’ve bought two cars from Mike Thornton at Bill Kidd’s…both experiences were excellent. Test drive was low key no pressure, price negotiating was quick and fair, and filling out paperwork took maybe an hour. Bill Kidd’s Toyota is what car buying should be.

I accompanied my wife as she bought a new Toyota this past weekend. I never thought buying a car could be so painless and hassle-free. We were helped by Rado in sales and Bong in finance and both were great to work with. No pressure whatsoever and didn't spend too much time at the dealership.

I bought a 2023 Volvo XC90 and had a fantastic experience at the dealership. A shoutout to Sam, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the process. There were some tricky issues from being out of state and handled seamlessly. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a new car. We are from out of state and worked with Carlos to purchase a RAV4 Prime. We paid what they quoted us on line and there were no surprises. We worked with a couple other dealers when looking for this car and found this one to be the most straightforward.

Dalton and Talon in the Parts and Service departments came to our rescue when visiting cousins in Baltimore. Someone hit the side mirror on the drivers side and drove off. The mirror was smashed and housing damaged, too. We had to leave the area to catch the auto train, so they told us which parts we would need for the repair and taped the mirror up for a temporary fix so we could make our train. Now the Toyota dealer near the area we are traveling to in Florida can order the parts and do the repair when we get there. We love our Toyota dealer in Nashua, NH. Now we love the network of Toyota dealers that is taking care of us. Thankyou, Dalton and Talon!

I recently visited this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to understand my needs. Mike Thornton really went above and beyond in helping us and answered all of our questions. The customer service was top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer from start to finish. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car!
