“T & T Automotive is the best automotive shop around! We have two of our cars serviced there and have been most pleased every time. It’s amazing how knowledgeable they are with all kinds of cars from older muscle cars to newer foreign cars. It’s so much more pleasant to take our cars here than at larger dealerships or other overly busy places because we get personalized attention. The issues are diagnosed and then an estimate is sent to us. All of the procedures are done professionally and go very smoothly. For me, most important of all along with the excellent technical work is the customer service. There is a friendliness and family feel to this shop and I am always treated respectfully and the owner could not be more pleasant. I am an extremely satisfied customer and I will definitely keep taking all of our cars to T & T automotive!”
“I had 2 tires replaced here, recommended by my car mechanic who I trust very much. When I first got to the shop. I explained to the mechanic as we were walking to my car, that I had a few tire leaks and I needed them to find the faulty tires.
When I got the car back, I left the next day for a 10 hr road trip up north. Halfway during the trip, I stopped for the night to sleep. In the morning my one old tire was completely flat, sitting on the ground. I was able to get air in it and continue the trip, but I needed air every 2-3 days in that tire.
This continued for a week until I drove back home on the same tire.
When I got back to Baltimore I took my car to my mechanic who found a rip in the tire.
I called interstate to explain that I would like one of my old tires put back on and the issue resolved because I explained to the initial mechanic that there was other issues with my tires besides the tread. They said they didn’t see a note by the mechanic I spoke to. But that they would look for a tire for me. They ended up doing everything they could to get me squeezed in and to resolve the issue to the point where I didn’t have to use my spare anymore.
Exceptional service and the guys really care. As a tradesman myself, I have a lot of respect for these guys and their problem solving skills.”
“My wife & I have been going to this shop for over 10 years. We first went there years ago when heritage honda "recommended" all this work. At the recommendation of a co-worker of my wife's, we went to this shop to get a second opinion & they scoffed at what the dealership wanted us to do. They showed us what our car parts looked like & what something that needs to be replaced looks like. Since then, we go there for everything & trust them implicitly. We live in Harford Co & take our cars here for EVERYTHING. It helps my wife's company is nearby & sometimes has to go in for work. Tracy who runs the office portion of the shop is an angel, a god send. Chris the mechanic is the best mechanic you'll ever find. So are the other mechanics there. Do not go anywhere else! This is the best auto shop anywhere.”

AC went out(July 2024), they were able to figure out the problem quickly and made repairs.

“If you have an older Mercedes this shop is fantastic. They worked on my 1990 300E for about 15 years. Not only did they know nearly every quirk but were always very fair when something was a bit more elusive and took time to solve. More than once Chris put parts into my car from an old car "out back" at almost no charge. Sadly I had to say goodbye to the car as well as Chris and Heather some years ago when I blew the head gasket and Chris advised me not to spend the money to fix it. I can't say enough good about Chris and Heather. They are the best.”
“By far, the best car buying experience of my life! I was introduced to my salesman, Ron Henriques by the GSM, Mike Wheeler when I walked into the showroom. Ron took me on two test drives of different model GMC trucks, explaining all of the options and benefits of each. While Ron and I discussed terms, my trade in was appraised quickly. I was presented with a very straight forward offer for the truck I was interested in. Ron was generous with both my trade in value and final price on the new truck. “I was recently in an accident and while that experience is always unpleasant, I cannot express how amazing my experience was with SDR. I worked with Olivia directly throughout the whole process and she was absolutely amazing. Due to the amount of damage and the age of my car, my car was totaled, but Olivia was so patient with me, she explained all my options and was incredibly sensitive to the amount of emotional ties I had to my car. I would recommend SDR and specifically Olivia to anyone. I cannot comment on their repair abilities, but the customer service was top notch! Thanks again!”
“My appointment was scheduled in advance so that a loaner would be available. I was informed of anything additional that was recommended to be done, and asked if I'd like to have it completed. When it was time to pick up my vehicle , I did not have to wait because the service center opens at 7:30am which is extremely convenient.”

Baine Childress was the most communicative Salesman I have ever dealt with and made the experience, usually, a once in a lifetime experience for my wife.
