“Took my ‘21 Tahoe in after it was hit. Kelly’s got me in as soon as all the parts were available and after taking the damaged area apart discovered more damage than the insurance adjuster had found. They took care of the added parts, cost etc and dealing with the other insurance company. When they completed the repairs my wife said the car looked better than when we bought it (we bought it new from the dealer). Couldn’t have had a better experience. Highly recommend.”

“I was recently in an accident and while that experience is always unpleasant, I cannot express how amazing my experience was with SDR. I worked with Olivia directly throughout the whole process and she was absolutely amazing. Due to the amount of damage and the age of my car, my car was totaled, but Olivia was so patient with me, she explained all my options and was incredibly sensitive to the amount of emotional ties I had to my car. I would recommend SDR and specifically Olivia to anyone. I cannot comment on their repair abilities, but the customer service was top notch! Thanks again!”

Service manager is rude and mistreats minority customers. A detailed cost estimate was prepared showing overcharge of $344.99 on this job. Estimate and supporting references were sent to the dealership, however they did not reply. Complaint was filed to the MD attorney general's office, on this highway robbery. General manager contacted latter to inform me, they will not settle this issue with me and will deal with the attorney general's office on this complaint. Attorney general office was not abled to mediate on this issue, they reported, dealership has declined to cooperate with them.”
“I personally had the best experience at Bill Kidd's when I finally decided it was time to take the months of online research into the dealerships. I will be honest, I spent time at Lexus, BMW, Jeep and another Toyota dealer in the Owing Mills area, test driving cars and asking lots of questions and I can't say enough about the positive experience I had at Bill Kidd's. Huge shout out to Carlos who was incredibly helpful with discussing all the ins/outs, pros/cons, trim options + other add-ons etc. and did not try the 'hard sell' AT ALL which I loved. It was an incredibly pleasant experience over the 2 days I spent test driving, talking, researching more, etc. before finally deciding I had the right car and dealership. He was very responsive to additional questions (over phone and text), and helped me get an even better deal than the already heavily discounted one offered (end of month is the way to go at dealerships!). Shout out to Frank too for talking through all the warrant options, add-ons and again - providing sound logic/rationale and letting me make the decisions - no pressure whatsoever on an already stressful situation.
Overall, I'm very happy with Carlos and the team and love my new Sequoia; rides like a dream for a full-size SUV (way better than Lexus GX550 from suspension/handling POV), has plenty of space (much roomier than the X7 and can actually get to 3rd row without folding 2nd row - a must with car seats/small kids) and feels way more lux than the Lexus TX/Grand Highlander inside. Do yourself a favor and give Carlos a call if you're interested in a new Toyota, I will be going back here in the future!”

“I have leased, puchased, and had my vehicles serviced here. I'm normally very pleased. However, this last Service A left me a little heated. I had my tires rotated and they left black grime all over my rims. I didn't notice it until I went to hand wash my GLS and had to scrub them. Needless to say their car wash was broken. Mercedes as we all know are not inexpensive vehicles by any means. The service center needs to be more careful with handling our expensive toys.”
