I took my father in to get compression hose, and the woman who assisted him totally dismissed me as his caregiver, and was not very pleasant, in the first place. I don’t think she even smiled. She did not include me in the process of how I could assist him with putting these on, since I will probably need to assist him. She was very abrupt when I asked something, not even allowing me to finish what I was saying. She greatly needs customer service training, and to be respectful and inclusive with caregivers. Outside of this visit, my experiences there have been overall good with friendly staff.

Very helpful staff when I needed to fill a RX for my partner for a mobility aide (walker with seat). They helped me navigate getting the order filled and I was able to bring it home the same day, having exactly what my partner needed.

I would not recommend their equipmentIt's terrible , but they will come repair , however the equipment isn't made for elderly it's too heavy ,easily breaks and can't be used as a device for lifting or movement

Had a great experience at Austin Pharmacy a few weeks ago. The employees went out of their way to help me find a specific item my grandmother needed. They were very patient with me and I could tell they genuinely wanted to help.

Great set up and pick up crew. 5 stars to them. 0 to the admin in the office. Terrible customer service. Felt like you should be thanking them. Called for a repair and was told 2-3 weeks. Would not use again.
