By far, the best car buying experience of my life! I was introduced to my salesman, Ron Henriques by the GSM, Mike Wheeler when I walked into the showroom. Ron took me on two test drives of different model GMC trucks, explaining all of the options and benefits of each. While Ron and I discussed terms, my trade in was appraised quickly. I was presented with a very straight forward offer for the truck I was interested in. Ron was generous with both my trade in value and final price on the new truck. Without any pressure tactics, I took some time to think about it, called the dealerahip on Friday and they had it ready for me on Monday. The terms were identical to the ones presented to me the week before. Grace in the finance office was a pleasure to work with as well. Anderson does it right!

Chris the salesmen at GMC was amazing! He explained everything to me and there was no pressure in buying the truck or not. He even came in on his day off and his birthday weekend to help me through the process of buying the truck. He was very helpful with helping me with the first responders discount as well as being up front and honest on things. I would highly suggest going to GMC Cockeysville and seeing CHRIS as your salesmen in the future! Huge thank you Chris for all your help.

Every time I come up to the dealership they always want to do more work than needed to be done. It doesn't make any sense for you to try to give me the dude more work on my vehicle and then gouge me with the prices

The service department was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. My service advisor, Brian, worked with the service manager (name unknown) to make sure I was kept informed and my car repaired in the best way. Though it was an expensive repair it was a necessary one performed quickly and with my concerns genuinely addressed. It really left a positive impression in my mind.

Outstanding Service
I am beyond thankful for our experience with Dana Curry at Anderson Buick GMC of Abingdon.
Due to unfortunate and unexpected circumstances, we had to visit a GMC dealership in Maryland while heading back north to New Jersey. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service we received. Dana, our service advisor, was an absolute gem! I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Her intelligence, efficiency, and witty demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable.
When our car broke down on the highway, Dana stepped in and ensured we were well taken care of. She organized a tow truck swiftly and even helped us find a local car rental service which was a stressful task due to the need of a large SUV to accommodate our large family and luggage. Dana's calming presence kept me from falling apart in what could have been a very overwhelming situation.
The dealership itself was immaculate and welcoming. My kids were delighted by the free drinks, ability to charge devices if needed, AC, comfortable waiting area, and the clean environment. It’s clear that they take pride in creating a pleasant experience for all their customers.
If you find yourself in need of service while in the area, I highly recommend this dealership. Dana’s exceptional support turned a challenging day into a positive experience. I told her she treated me like family and I am eternally grateful.

10 stars for the buying experience and customer service after the sale. I am a Vietnam veteran with PTSD, and
can be tough to deal with. JAMEY HEBB is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I have bought over 30 vehicles over the years. Patient, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile.
I will buy every vehicle going forward from Jamey. He stands head and shoulders above anyone else. His manager Shawn is a nice guy too.
