Terrible service from Jeremy Pitner. Took my car for an oil change & for someone to look at my tire that had a slow leak. Jeremy told me it would take TWENTY minutes to get the tire on. an HOUR LATER, Jeremy decides to tell me that they dont have the tire in stock. My appointment was at 7am. It took almost three hours for an oil change & for them to tell me theres no tire in stock. Not only that, once I became visibly frustrated, Jeremy decides to say "well maam im not the one who popped your tire". Poor customer service!

Giving 3 stars for the service as I had to wait a good bit, but they get an extra star for the customer service. The men working were really friendly, helpful, and communicative.

The Service Advisor Jeremy was very professional as usual. I took my car for an Oil Change and the Check Engine light came on. Jeremy helped me to understand why the light came on and concluded that it needed to fixed but if delayed fixing wouldn't affect the cars performance.
