Save yourself the headache and don’t do it. Placed an order and their print center was DOWN and wasn’t even supposed to be taking orders. It’s been days and still haven’t gotten my money back

This is the worst Walmart ever. I come here strictly for the convenience of getting household products close to home. It stinks in there. No seriously it omits some kind of odor like a person who hasn't showered in days. It's always difficult to find and employee just for simple soap.. one good thing here though is that things do relatively be in stock. That's good I guess but that's about it.

Worst Walmart ever.... I've been waiting over an hour for a pickup order. Then people park in the pickup order spaces to shop in the store.

Whatever you do, do not come to this Walmart for your COVID-19 vaccine. Brought my mother here for her second shot. Just like last time, about 40 people in line. And she has an appointment. What is the point of that?! Pretty much everyone else I know breezed in and out at other locations for their shots. This location sucks.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been. Every time a go theirs a waiting line of more than 15 people at the customer service, cash register at any pay station. They will have limited staff at the cash register. This is ridiculous, I been a manager for 15 years. Never seen this before only at this store. This Walmart is losing profit and customer for the poor management. The store looks extremely nasty. I visited two amazing Walmart store, one in Fredericksburg and the other in Alexandria VA. They are clean and amazing customer service. This Clinton store has no standard and no customer service. Walmart corporation you are losing so much revenue, I blame management for this issues.

What a waste of space I am appalled at the service I got from the Clinton location. I called the auto department and asked if I could come in for an oil change either today and tomorrow. The guy said they could fit me in today. I come from a pretty distance and get there all of a sudden they not only are short staffed but don't have the oil for ny vehicle. Wtf!! Why didn't the staff member ask me what type of car I had and also be HONEST and say they are short staffed. I wouldn't have drove all the way here to not get serviced. I am so upset with the customer service and Walmart in general

I only had 1hr before closing, went to the electronics section and found 3 customers ahead and three on the register and only ONE person. Just waited over 30 minutes in line to find out that what I'm looking for the guy at the register Yamaldoes not know what it is (The Quest 2) although it is a popular item. The guy has a 10 items or less sign on the counter, but he took the 4 customers in front of me, who had items from all over the store, each of the first three had between 15 to 20 items. The 4th one had over 50 items, several LPs, about 20 Christmas cards, two pairs of rain boots, several clothes, some electric items, a lamp with a clock on it, you name it. When I brought to his attention and asked if the sign meant something, he got mad at me, stated that he was just trying to make everybody happy and for me to have a good day. I guess Yamal does not know that that's why front cash registers are for.

Worst Walmart bathroom I've ever seen and none of the stall doors closed. What a disappointment.

Joshua in the mechanic (automotive) section is a great young man. Whoever raised him is the best. I came there for paper towels. Car didn't start. He came out and gave me a jump. Mind you, they were booked until 10 but he did it. He carried a battery for me, everything. I have had the worst week and this young man did something he truly did NOT have to do. But he did it. I need the best things to happen to this young man. I did a good deed not too long ago, got fired a few months later, and ended up with my dream job. I hope everything he aspires to is received. Thank you so much, Joshua, as well as whoever raised you.

The advertised store hours indicated hours are 6AM to 12PM.I need the store to stick to opening during the advertised hours or change the store hours via the website.

This Walmart has good customer service, but the cleanliness inside and in the parking lot was pretty bad. Selection of products was on par. Weird quirk from me...the parking lot shopping cart drop off is wayyyy too deep in the lot, so most folks leave their carts everywhere.

I was shopping for a bike for my baby. It was 8pm the sales floor was covered with pallets. I went to get a floor manager and asked can she move some of the pallets so I can get a helmet and some training wheels after I already had climbed over pallets to get the bike she wanted. She said no because they had two trucks come in and they needed to get everything out the back room. Smh. So I had to leave the bike because what's the purpose of a bike with no training wheels for a kid that don't know how to ride? Store closes at 12am it's no reason for them pallets to be out on the sales floor 3 hours before closing losing money. I'm going to explain the customer service at this location in one word. TERRIBLE. They need to send they employees to Chick-fil-A for training. My baby was crying and I was very disappointed. Never go to Walmart in Clinton.

So this is the closest Walmart to my home so I visit fairly frequent. I will say the advantages of this location include surrounding businesses as well as in-stock items. I never seem to have an issue finding what I need. However, I always seem to struggle with finding an employee with a key to the soap lock box or spray paint. Actuallly anytime I need an employee I can always find them but they always tell me "that's not their department" or "they can't help me with this or that" never pointing me in the right direction. The last time I was there I talked to 4 employees before being able to get someone to even look for the soap key. Then when the lady came to unlock the soap she groaned about everyone losing their key and she was going on vacation next week and taking hers with her. Customer service at this location is horrible and morale seems to be low among employees. On that last visit as I walked in the door I saw an employee look at some trash on the floor and kick it under a fixture. When I finally got the the register and asked an employee about the robot, she told me she believed it spied on the employees to see who was stealing or not working. Overall, I come here solely for the convenience.

I accidentally walked through the wrong door and got chewed out by some old black lady. Then when I tried to grab a cart she told me to wait and go back through the right door and walk around. Being petty. So then I said "is it that serious" and some black guy employee said "it is that serious". Y'all have zero customer service skills and rude employees. The most ghetto Walmart I've ever been too. Next time I'll just take the drive to Alexandria because I don't like ghetto. I'll spit on the floor and f*** up your store. Do better.
