They had 2 lines open at 5 pm on a Friday. The register in the second line malfunctioned so those people had to just stand there for about 15 min.

Can you guys pls fix the plushie machine ? It doesn't quiet work and I've spend a lot of money on it and haven't gotten any of the plushies and I kinda really like some of the ones y'all have, thank you. Other than that I can't complain, costumer service is alright, haven't had any bad experiences, hot wheels are stocked often so that's nice, not many hello Kitty items though.

Went to this Walmart in Clinton ... no good morning.. just the cashier telling me "no cash transaction at this register " .. fine I say wasn't trying to make one .. what happened to kindness courtesy .. hell even a dog would wag its tail if you said hello .. a smile could go along way. but not at this Walmart

Free parking. This location can become very crowded at times. There is a small grocery section at this Walmart, no fresh produce though, as compared to the larger food area at the Waldorf location. Supplies tend to go quickly, but they do a good job keeping the shelves stocked. The check out lines can get really long as well. On average, only about 3 to 4 registers are open, but you do have the option to go to self checkout. This Walmart offers curbside pick up after you've ordered online. There is a fully staffed pharmacy at this location. You must bring you own shopping bags or pay 10 cents per brown paper bag.

Today was my first time at this store and I was surprised it is huge and everything is organized and clean. The unique bad experience I had at this store was the person who was working at auto parts. I was looking for the oil and the filter for my Ford Escape 2022 and I saw the guy and I asked him. Due to I did not know the size of the oil filter and he said (we have cars but we do not know the sizes). I could understand what he was saying! He acted impolite. In my opinion, the store manager needs to change the person who works in that area because the person needs to be trained to work in that area due to sometimes we as a client need help and the person needs to be patient and polite.

Fun fact- there are two tire warranties at Walmart.1) Road Hazard- pay extra money for this coverage and2) Limited Warranty- Walmart promises to only charge installation & tax fees (<$20) if a tire you purchased from them and had installed by them is defective. No additional cost for this coverage. No need to be a Walmart+ member.And if Walmart employees ever give you trouble about a policy, escalate the situation immediately.1st is Ted the automotive manager, 2nd is William the store manager, and then it is Angelee. Request to speak to Angelee over the phone, as she is the last person to contact and try to reason with before going to corporate. Any other employee of the store is a mere stumbling block, do not waste time by engaging with them. Management is also oblivious to their own policies, so stand firm in what is clearly stated on Walmart’s website.I had to go great lengths to convince this Walmart to honor the second warranty, but it was eventually done.In trying to get Walmart to honor their own warranty, I was extremely disappointed by the unprofessionalism and overall unethical behavior of several team members and managers. Namely, William, the store manager, and Ted, the auto care manager. I was mislead, accused of lying, and almost made to pay for the repair that is covered by Walmart’s Limited Warranty. After nearly 4 hours of requesting a resolution and formally complaining, no resolution was reached. I was essentially turned away by the manager, William, himself in a brief and rude phone call.I submitted two corporate Customer Service complaints, an Ethics complaint with corporate, and a BBB Complaint.I received a phone call from someone who did not share their title, only told me their name, Angelee. She said that this Walmart was “one of her stores”. At first, she tried to dissuade my claim until I stated that I will reach out the the legal team. She then said that Walmart will honor the warranty and treat the tire as defective. The process took two weeks (from initial conversations to actual repairs).

I'm an associate been one for 20 years now at this one store, Clinton walmart. I love working here. I get along with my associates and managers. I even have customers that I really like as well. It's been a great 20years! Thank you walmart family for making my work environment a great place to be.

This location carries a mix of everything, the more popular items sells out faster. Depending on the day and time lines are usually short. Also this store has improved on customer service and the staff do their best to keeping the isle organized and clean.
