Iām on hold now and this recording keeps telling me, thereās more then three callers ahead of me.. Theyāre sorry and will be with me shortly..Itās been almost 30 minutes.. Still waiting š¤¦āāļøā¦?I thought CVS was bad.. Iāll see whoās the worst.ok now they saying they are close and on a meal break and I have 30 more minutes to hold.. Weāll they are worst then CVS⦠Who ever heard of a meal break at 11:20 in the day for 30: minutes leaving you on hold, saying you can hold on or call bake. REALLY! This is a mess.. today is September 12 been calling for two days and the same recording that you have more than 3 people ahead of you.. I guess enough for you to hang up SMH today is Saturday the same old recording . Been on hold for over an hour. If you need to use this Walgreens pharmacy, I suggest you go to another one. Today is May9 2025 and nothing has changed with customer service hear. I called to check on my prescription. Because they saying that they didnāt receive authorization from my doctor, so I called and told my doctors office and they that they sent it but she is going do it again, and she did. Now get a text that itās iready but not cover thru my insurance, which normally it is. This has happened before and the young man didnāt run it through my insurance I told him my insurance aways cover my test strips. So when I ask to speak to a pharmacist, she said on. Put a recording on and then it hung up. So now I had to start all over again some of these . Young people do not know what they are doing. Please check with the pharmacist, I just spoke to him and he ran it and it went through.today is May. 23 and I been on hold for 50 minutes and you know they go to lunch at 1:30 now they saying you can hold until after lunch or call back later. They really need to do better.

Pharmacy is disorganized and lacking in professionalism; the techs are inefficient, sloppy, and lackadaisical. I do not recommend this location for prescription pick-ups.

Always something at this store. Prescriptions are never ready on time, lines are always long no matter how many people are working and just a general lack of care or attention from employees. Take your business elsewhere.

Pharmacy is the worst. Refused to fulfill my prescription saying I need to call my insurance company when Iāve been picking up my prescription from Walgreens for years. This location needs new management or it needs to be closed.

Pharmacy has horrible customer service, they tried to act like I didnāt have insurance saying the āsystem glitchedā trying to get me to pay without insurance making me 30 minutes although this was my second time coming back for them to say all of a sudden they found it. They have also asked me what my prescription was for which was weird and made me uncomfortable. This place is highly unprofessional and from the looks to its other reviews I donāt know why itās still in business. When it looks like everyone is having the same issue too!?!!?? I will never return here and I hope you never come here this place is horrible and a stress headache.

I placed an online order for 5 items this morning at 8:39 am for 30 minute pickup....it is now 4:45 pm and my order is still not ready which is unacceptable.
