Vip Auto Appearance has excellent service and for a great price. Right away on the phone after making several calls to other businesses, I got through on the first ring to them. They fit me in to get my windows tinted the day I called. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car for free! The employees are some of the friendliest people I've met and I will definitely be taking my car back to Vip Auto Appearance.Services: Wheel washing

Vip Auto Appearance has excellent service and for a great price. Right away on the phone after making several calls to other businesses, I got through on the first ring to them. They fit me in to get my windows tinted the day I called. They even detailed the inside and outside of my car for free! The employees are some of the friendliest people I've met and I will definitely be taking my car back to Vip Auto Appearance.

I feel this place is really unorganized. I signed up for a interior detail, which comes with and exterior detail, through their website. In which I received an text telling me I had the appointment and that my deposit was due. I thought the deposit was taken out of my account according to the text I received from this business. I arrive on the scheduled date and time and I am no where to be found on the schedule. Apparently the owner’ son runs his website and messed up somehow. Not my fault. They decided to still squeeze me in and take my payment. I had to wait outside in a chair, and not in their lobby, while my car was being cleaned. The owner kept hassling me about the text I received from his business and how I was not on the schedule for that day and to make sure next time. As far as the actual detail goes, I still had pet in around my car, crumbs and trash in my back seat and my dash screen was scratched! Finally as I was about to pull off I realized that my cup holder matts were missing and they forgot to put them back in the car before finishing the job. Not only do I feel this service was poor quality and rushed, I got a call 3 days later saying my payment was not received and I literally paid on the spot and received a receipt. The people are nice but this business is unorganized and won’t be getting my services again.

I like dealing with Mr. Mac. He's an older gentleman with years of experience. He cares about your car. The prices are reasonable for what you're getting and everything is done mostly by hand. Shop has a waiting area. Place isn't big or fancy but it is a respectable establishment. Work is great, especially when done by this one young lady that works with him. I would totally recommend this place!

I follow iAmCMack on Instagram so I figured I would try the detailing service. I bought the $29 promo and now am a silver plan member and come in twice a month for $29.99. Trying to get my other car on a plan too once I can affrord it.
