Overall, the staff has always been friendly and cooperative. I have lived in Clinton for 20+ years and have never had a bad experience there. The one exception is sometimes there is a very long line - some days are busier than others!

You seriously need to turn your cameras back on ! With all this money you making you can hire security! 24/7!You still have homeless people coming in during closing hrs ! Why don’t you care? Are you gonna care once they start to use it as a bathroom? Is that what it’s gonna take ? *sigh*

I inquired about pre-paid priority mailng costs to put on self-addressed packages and the clerk stated the only option was to buy stamps. What??

There was a long line.only 2 people working. Than one started to take passport application. So 12 people had to wait for one person.

I NEVER get my mail in time and i have a package that was supposedly delivered yesterday but yet theres nothing in the mailbox and the mail didnt even come today. By far the worst post office ive come across. And the workers are RUDE and no help at all its ridiculous.

Utilizing my tracking number to locate a package that was supposed to arrive this location, the package could not be located by the staff when I came into the premises to pickup my package. The window clerk told me that she would have to locate my package and call me once it was found. That was 3 days ago. No phone call to date.

The Clinton USPS has constant issues sorting mail, this is the 5th time THIS MONTH they’ve incorrectly delivered an individual’s sensitive GOVERNMENT forms to me. These people don’t even live on my street or within a few blocks from me so there isn’t any reason for this issue to persist. These drivers are jeopardizing other people’s livelihoods! They need to pay attention to the addresses they’re delivering to and stop giving federal mail etc. to the wrong people! I’ve received other individual’s Medicaid packets:, dental insurance plans, mva documents, etc. Why should it be my responsibility to play catch up and deliver the mail that the driver/Clinton USPS couldn’t be bothered to do correctly? Completely unacceptable, get it together.

My mail is consistently delivered to the incorrect address. I try to avoid having my online orders delivered by usps because there always seems to be an issue.

Negative stars for this location....Very Unprofessional! We scheduled for our Passport appoinment and They canceled our appointment on the day of tue schedule...Then we re schduled for the 2nd time and the 2nd time they called my wife was able to answer the call, and the only advise is to look for another USPS to schedule to.....

Wow I hope your cameras are working, check out your front corner camera, sign clearly states NO RIGHT TURN , DO NOT ENTER and yet this morning at 7:59 a car makes right turn! Hope you got their plate! I wish I would of gotten it on video! Check your cameras !
