It would be nice to ask your staff to not wear air buds when taking customers, that’s the only thing I can say about this location. The manager and the young lady with the earbud heard me explaining they thought it was quite funny. But I commend the young lady who waited on me because she kept it professional, respectful, while I’m trying to keep my composure, because nothing a customer says is funny where you need to laugh, or raise your hand as if your gesturing stop! I spoke with the higher manager and assured they was laughing at the new lady ? no. But I kept my composure with that also. Thank you young lady, “new girl” as she stated for not thinking the situation was funny!!!!!

Came in the store to return a product but had chosen the wrong return location. But Benenita was so patient and helpful walking me through the process. She gave service with a smile and a very cheerful attitude. Something that is rare these days

So glad to have stumbled upon this UPS store in Clinton in Coventry Plaza.It is clean, spacious and has wonderful customer service. I went in for notary services, called first and was told the time notary business took place. I arrived in the store and was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely efficient young lady named Starr and a star she was. She could not get my doc open to print and sign. She tried various ways so I left and came back with the doc opened and ready to be notarized… mind you notary services stopped at 4:00pm. I called prior and spoke to an extremely well mannered young man named Derrick, who said he would ask if could I still be accommodated even though I would arrive late. The answer was YES ( where they do that at?)Came back after 4:00 and Miss STARR took care of me, she actually waited on me talk about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!I also observed her and Derrick when dealing with other customers with just as much patience and ease as they did me! It was evident it was genuine.Owner, Please recognize these employees they are truly valued and needed in our community!Congrats on owning both stores in our communities.

Your "manager" Antoinette initially caught an attitude when I nearly jumped the line. Was in a hurry and didn't initially see the small coned area, I just saw the open desk.I quickly noticed my mistake and went behind the lady in line prior to me. The lady didnt say anything, but then laughed and then Antoinette felt the need to make a rude comment of "I was about to say."I then had a pre-fill packaged to drop off and she spotted it. She said I could drop it as it would only take a second. Because of her unprofessional demeanor the moment before I told her it was okay, that I would just wait. She said it would only take a second, so I handed over the prepaid package. That interaction was below average, but not a big deal. partly my fault for being in a hurry and not paying initial attention.I then went to the computer to print out an item for a business presentation. I was rudely confronted, "sir who told you that you could use the computer!" To which I replied, I wasn't aware that I had to ask. Antoinette says that it's 50 cents/minute and I say that's fine and go back to printing off the work document needed. I was already aware that their would be a charge as this wasn't my first time using a UPS Store computer.2 minutes later an employee comes over and asks me to move. I ask what's going on and then Antoinette catches an attitude in the background and says "no you don't need to use the computer then!" Because from my vantage point I'm being kept from using the computer without explanation. I say I just need to print something for work.As Antoinette makes her comment the other employee tells me that the computer was logged in for them and they needed to switch it out after I was logged into my work email. She didn't allow me to log off. As I'm talking Antoinette interrupts and says hold up, just turn the computer off you don't need to use it. Frustrated now, I ask you're shutting the computer off because I asked a question?" She then goes to ignoring my question. I then ask her for her name and she tells me. I ask for her supervisors name and she said she was the mananger and supervisor of the location, which I hope isn't the case considering her attitude.I then ask the employee to let me back onto the computer to make sure I was signed out of my work email. They would not comply and then she gets buck and just says "sir why are you still here! She said you can't use the computer so just go."Highly pissed off about this interaction. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a UPS Store or FedEx Kinkos. They're supposed to be setup for business needs and yet this place is run like a corner store in the hood. Not professional what's so ever.If you're in a hurry and looking for a professional printing solution, this is not the spot for you.

The staff at the Clinton store location is very helpful and so professional. They help me with my shipping my packages and printing out my labels!!!

Oustanding Customer Service! From the moment I walked in UPS Nytia greeted me with a very pleasant demeanor. She was very patient and polite while I shuffled around to get my QR code where she could have turned me away she remained positive and helpful. She assisted me with another service I didn't think UPS would handle at their store. Thanks for offering a One stop shop experience! Nytia's customer service is an asset to UPS that should be acknowledged and recognized. Thanks for assisting and providing excellent customer service.
