I had a problem that I just knew would cost thousands to repair. The engine sounded terrible. Tony checked it out, got the part and repaired it. In and out and the engine sounds amazing. The service was great! I didn't feel like they were trying to get over because I'm a woman. I knew beforehand what the issue was and also did research on the cost. I didn't realize the safety hazard I was putting myself in until I drove my car home and felt a huge difference in my braking system. I saved so much money with NTR shop and received the same (or better) quality of service than I would have with one of the big name service shops. I have finally found a one stop stop for my complete auto care! HIGHLY recommended
