Every time I go to this ATM I can never use the ATM inside of the bank. I don’t know why they have it there. If you can’t use it it’s good for security when you’re closed in. Also, the customer service at this bank is terrible. I’m surprised they are still open. . The best TD BANK’s are in VA and it’s sad, but that’s where I go but live in Maryland…..

Worse location in the whole country.No hospitality and the manager always looks angry never smile in her life.UnbelievableWe need some better people in this location please all of them need to change. Get some people who smile and got better hospitality. Please

The worst branch. Their customer service is non-existent. Scheduled an appt to set up wire services. Get there and the rep went to lunch, 5 min before appt time, no one else could assist me and the managers response was well she can wait 45 min or reschedule. They have no respect for their customers time. Closing this account asap.

A flat out "F"! I have been to this bank several times to fix an incorrect process on my account that they serviced and they just can't seem to get right. I have had assistance from both the bank manager and the assistant manager and although they both said it was corrected, it still is not. It's been several months and still have the same issue. Obviously, TD is not the world's most convenient bank (as is their bank slogan), and just maybe corporate should think about getting more competent service managers (or better training) for the Clinton branch. It should not be this hard to fix a problem or service a customer. It's time to look for better banking options.

Very disappointed. We showed up at the exact time of our appointment. No one greeted us and we were left out until couple minutes later I approached the specialist who we made the appointment with and we were given no smile. We were not provided any financial counseling or advise during our conversation. Aren't specialists supposed to tell the customers what they should be aware of when banking here?Finally, we were done with our business and the lady did not give back our card! We saw that she hid the card underneath a large file in the middle of the transaction, and we thought she would need it for later and would of course give us back. But no, unfortunately. I tried reaching out to the bank the next Monday, after 6-7calls, no one picked up the phone. Bankers are supposed to give back the customer's items instead of keeping them without calling the customers.

The only reason i'm giving two stars instead of one is because of Sheree, she's extremely polite, and will even keep a light and friendly conversation. The rest of your employees are disrespectful, rude, and have terrible customer service; specifically talking about Angela. every time I have to go to your bank I pray that I do not see Angela behind the counter, and when I do it is the most disappointing feeling in the world. she is very abrasive and always tries to rush me out before she even complete what I'm asking her to do.

Avoid this branch if you need to speak with someone in-person or over-the-phone. They do not answer the phone lines or respond to emails. Very frustrating

When I look for a bank I always take my time and do research. TD Bank in Clinton MD has been by the Walgreens for years ; I never paid attention much b c it always looked as if it was closed but as I continued to shop in the area it became clear that they were open and busy. I moved away from the area for a couple of years but upon returning home I chose to go check them out. My account was opened in January of 2022 , TD Bank has provided me excellent customer service since Mr.A Virgil opened my account he knew what they had to offer and without selling anything left me thinking of future options. He transferred to Georgetown branch in DC but the care and professionalism remains good. The drive-thru tellers are wonderful and understand my lack of experience with their forms and use of their technology. They've been patient with me lol . I'm so glad to be at this bank where I'm treated as the senior citizen I am who wants to remain independent! The Floor staff so far have been amazing and helpful with planning, even in a pandemic- recession etc. Thanks to everyone for their help. ". Blessings to all."

If I could leave zero I would TD bank really needs to clean this branch out and replace it with all new employees customer service is not good AT all. It’s clear there is no expectation or standard here. I will never return to this branch!

As a former employee of TD Bank in the Massachusetts locations, the customer service was horrible at this branch in MD. The supervisor or manager not sure what her role was - made me have seat after asking about the cost of a safety deposit box. I understand corporations short staffing organizations to cut cost, so it wasn’t entirely her fault. She could have handed me a brochure or been cross trained about the services that the bank offered (it would have been helpful). There was a customer that had been waiting for two hours when I sat down. I saw the writing on the wall and left. I’d also like to add that the employee was rude when I was talking about an old account. TD Bank - do better.

look out TD Bank is suddenly closing accounts without explanation with a letter giving clients 30 days to get their funds. They won't explain any reason when you call the special number in the letter, WHY?? because they don't want to say your use of the account is not generating any profit for them, in other words you have a low balance checking, or savings, but it makes them NO MONEY HAVING YOU! and if you have a low balance savings account with little activity you'll get a screw you letter too!!WHEN YOU CALL AND ASK WHT SINCE YIUR SHOCKED.BECAUSE YOU NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE ACCOUHT, THEY WILL SAY ITS THERE RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION! THIS BANK IS DISGRACEFUL and AN EMBARRASSMENT TO CANADA, yes it's a Canadian based bank, Toronto Dominian Bank, that treats Americans like CRAP! move to another bank!!!

The lady with the green eyes in the front seems like she hates her life so she takes it out on customers.Service here is the worst.Go to another TD!!.I have a business account depositing over 100k a month and they won’t let me withdraw 2k over there max 5k limit extremely absurd.Any other TD bank branch will not do this,they show customers love and respect.
