The “business” is full of thieves and scammers. One star is added simply to share my post. Tcl decided to tow my vehicle from my residence they told me they didn’t have it. Found out they did… they tried to hit me with $375 bill. “Tom” is a rude ashy baby back rib eating SOB who tried to give me the run around. Couldn’t keep his story straight about processing paperwork and what time my car was towed once I found out they had it along. Got my vehicle and saw that these fools used a slim jim to get in my whip and stole from me too. Nasty work. Did all that for what?

This tow company damaged my vehicle when they towed it. They bent my bumper onto my tires and say they didn’t do it. I’m going to seek a lawyer.

This Tow Company Is Horrible. They smoke weed inside their business, while a toddler is present. The toddler is always screaming and crying. They have refused to tow vehicles out of my assigned parking as they are supposed to do. They in fact towed my vehicle from my parking spot I pay for, but refused tow a vehicle that i dont own from my spot. I had to call the police to get another tow company to assist. The fat man who answers is a liar and doesnt understand customer service. I will be filing a consumer complaint. Dont ever rely on this company.

Showed up friday after thanksgiving for tag and title work. People this is a gem of customer service second to no one . I felt appreciated for my business. I left fully satisfied. This is a family business that treats you right. I will return for all my tag work for sure.

I was predatory towed by this company lastnight. Thank god my wife took a pic of the permit properly displayed. They need to be shutdown. I wonder what their lies will be when the vehicle is retrieved. Plus I've been calling for 2 hours and no answer.

Insurance contacted this company to pickup my car they showed up at the wrong entrance to a military base got mad because they were told by security they had to use another entrance for commercial vehicles. I also stated I requested a flatbed because vehicle will not run. They brought a regular tow truck and dollies to move vehicle which is in my garage. They said they would meet me at the other gate I went and waited for 45 mins tried to call the number went to VM finally called the tow company to be told they refused to tow because they don’t push cars. Which is why I requested a flatbed with winches to help load the car. These 2 individuals were rude and acted like it was my fault. When papers clearly stated flatbed needed for tow. I have a copy showing this is info that was also giving to them.

My insurance company sent them to tow my car after an accident. They came at a reasonable time and towed my car to the dealership like I requested. The gentlemen’s names were De’Shaun and Larry. Very nice and respectful guys.

Not 24hrs.Close maybe 5am two workers. One lite skin low cut short ,other brown skin dusty dreads . . I been sitting here since 7 no answer. Finally around 930 he answered said at 1030 they answer

This company predatory towed my car from an apartment complex when it was parked in a visitor spot and then have the nerve to not be open 24 hours for claim of my vehicle and open at 10. I am for sure sueing or whatever I have to do to get whatever fee I have to pay. They need to be shut down and they mesded with the right one because I got the motivation to try and do it.Service: Car towing

This company is not 24 hours the website is a lie they are not open 24 hours they do not like to answer the phone they have a sign on the side of the gate where the cars are held and it says you can pay with cash Mastercard or visa that is a lie that make you pay through cash app and because you pay through cash app they charge you a extra 4% so they can pocket the rest of the money so instead of the $175 they charge $182 then the people who work there have the worse attitudes ever like you did something to them but on a better note the lady next door is an absolute delight she is an absolute sweetheart it was a pleasure to meet her she owns the title and tag renewal next door and she was just amazing if I can give her a score she definitely gets a 10/10 must recommend but as far as TLC towing I recommend you be smart and never get your car towed by themService: Car towing

First of all they are not 24 hrs they open at 9:00 am and I been calling atleast 50 times since 5 this morning no answer when I’m trying to get my car but they call back around 8:30 saying they open at 9am make it make sense people usually don’t answer when they are not open not to tell you when they are open?… this is unprofessional as hell when you have some one property and you have no problem snatching they car ! They are unprofessional no communication and play games when it’s time to get your property please let this be a lesson taking ur property and money with poor customer service is tacky as hell

they towed my car it took me three calls before someone answered me I said “hi im trying to figure out why my car got towed” and the guy says back to me “i cant even get a goodmorning i was just wondering…” its early, im tired, im missing work due to not having my car and i had to double take to see if I was on the phone with my boyfriend or a COMPANY THAT DOES BUSINESS why are you worried about if i’m saying goodmorning or not? super unprofessional if you ask me ??♀️ then he tells me they dont have my csr so I call the police to report it stolen then the police tell me they do have my car so I call them back and they tell me they towed it to a place called “drive towing” so you go to that location then have to call TCL if you have any questions. very odd process

They are NEVER here. it says 24hours and it will be no one there. They will have you waiting for long periods of time. They seem to be a 24hour service on snatching people vehicles without any problem. Poor customer service, Poor communication skills. 1/10 recommend.

Horrible tow company!!! my car was towed from my house space at 12:32am due to no pass!! They say !! called was told 175 get there at 7 pm due to work hour and was told it’s now 275 it went after 18 hours !! What happened to 24 hours. I will sue this company!! We out trying to live!! And this what our own people African Americans do !! Sad. Not to mention they towed my car before saying my pass was fake and had to give my money back !! Snakes!!!
