I went to return something from Amazon and the dark-haired guy who helped me just said oo oops storage and left me talking to myself, he didn't even give me the chance to ask him a question that I needed other than the return, animal, then a white girl helped me and was kinder and explained to me what I needed to do, 06/26/2024. 9:30 a.m.

I went to the Clinton Staples today and received excellent assistance from one of their tech associates. He didn't stop helping me until he was sure that I had everything I needed which was the correct adapter for a new Dell desktop computer using an older monitor. I highly recommend shopping at this store because you will be guaranteed to receive excellent service!

The Clinton location in the Woodyard Crossing Shopping Center is a very well-organized store with friendly associates who don't hesitate to ask, "May I help you find anything?"

Staff here is nice. Sadly they advertise as a UPS store yet when you bring Amazon returns here for the UPS store youre told you have to go to an actual UPS store.

I went there today to return something to Amazon. The staff was overwhelmed and one of them (light skinned AA man) was downright rude and nasty. I'll just pay the dollar and go to UPS and avoid that place.

Rude, nasty incompetent staff, skip this staples at all cost! They are not adapting well to Amazon returns, and they are understaffed.

Want to buy a chair. Had me waiting over 30 minutes. When they pulled out the desk chair and said it was at the register went to the register was next in Line. They told me I have to wait for someone else and he helped the person that was behind me and rung them up. Don't recommend going horrible experience
