Good customer service can be hard to come by around here, but the guys here have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion! Special shout out to James for getting my cell phone out of the sewer and throwing in a tire shine on what was a VERY rough morning for me!

I LOVE coming here! My babies always look nice and shiny when I drive off. The staff is amazing, especially Jordan! He got my tires right! Come by and see him!

I came in the previous day to get a car wash but was unable to perform my vacuum cleaning due to weather. I came back the next day spoke to Mr. James about it and he wow me by allowing me to take care of my car today at no extra charge. He gets a five star for Customer Service. Thank you sir.

Let me just say this if you have $15 you wanna waste, this is the place to waste it at, one of the worst car washes I've ever gotten for my car. The same dirt that was in my wheel base when I went in was the same dirt when I came out how do you not spray that dirt you can't miss it!Soon as they had to go get the attendants (you know how we do) I knew I was in trouble but I said to myself I'm here let's see how this goes..I usually go to Crofton to get my car washes but this time I decide to try something close to home (PG) and support a local business, (?) never again from now on I will definitely take the ride to Crofton and get my car wash. What a waste of time and money just terrible...Damn shame

The vacuum spaces are smaller than other Canton car washes. THEY DON'T wipe down your car like all the other car washes. Customer service suck as well. I only go here when I am desperate.

... Encourage another company to start a business next door because this company does not respect the customer's time. I pulled up to a two-line, one-hour wait backed onto Old Branch Ave. -- a real traffic jam -- especially with Dash In next door. So I saw empty vacuum spaces and decided to use my time first to vacuum, wash second. But an attendant stopped me. I told him this was more efficient, getting people out of the street, he said to come back another day. No, thank you. I have spent my gas coming here today. Splash In's attendant should have asked me to pay first, instead of "kicking" me out. The customer service is costing you business. I left and found BOB men to support in a parking lot. ✌?

Excellent customer service at all levels, even the manager interacts with the customers!My SUV is extremely clean upon exit from the wash unit. The guys do a great job with tire shine and they will do a second wipe if anything is missed. The vacuum system is free with the wash and it picks up all debris. There's a big difference in my vehicle after a wash... Great place if you want a clean vehicle!

Completely misses the rear. I’ve had the pleasure of going through over 150 tunnel washes in 26 states, this is by far the worst I’ve seen.

AJ did not excellent job and went out of his way to make sure I got my car cleaned before I went to sell it! Any business would be lucky to have AJ on their team.
