This store has employees that clearly hate working until closing time. Just asked for stirring sticks for the 4 quarts of paint and she said I only get 2. I told her I bought 4 quarts from bowie and they didn't give me any. They said I have to drive 30 minutes to get the stirring stick in Bowie. Don't hire immature young staff who just want to go home and not help customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. GO TO LOWES AND HAVE BETTER SERVICE

I decided to paint my bedroom and received a quote from a contractor that highly recommended this store . They were absolutely right! Marcus was amazing , he helped me picked the right thing and even found a coupon for me

When I first arrived, I was the only one in line. I was using a small night table door for color matching. The associate had trouble with the machine but rectified it. The store started to fill up and he was the only one in the store. The color he mixed didn't match with the door so I rejected it and found a better match from paint chip. I spent almost a hour waiting while he assisted other customers, too. I understand his dilemma, however, I've had much better service at other SW locations in Forestville and Oxon Hill. They were very knowledgeable.

For months I was able to call the store before arriving and was willing to prepay. The previous personnel was two white guys; they were replaced by a young Black woman and a younger guy. At one time, both the new workers and old were in the store. The new personnel was handling the front desk. They were managing the customers so poorly. I left, called the store, and returned to the store and picked up the paint. On my last visit, the new personnel was there. I tried to get in my order. The women said the pre-call service was stopped. I called the Clinton store, and she said that was not their policy. I no go 10 miles out my way to get good customer service.

Amazing Staff!! Super knowledgeable about all of there products. They answered all of my questions, asked a lot of questions making sure I got what I needed, and had everything I needed in stock! Clean store, free coffee, free water! They even made an account for me to save all the colors I purchased! 10/10 recommend!

Aaron was amazing. I called twice to place my order and even added an additional item at curbside. He was wonderful. I think the prices are a little high, but the service is always exceptional and I have used this company for years.
