The technician in the first chair is beyond unprofessional. She wanted to argue with me about a walk in visit and how I should have made an appointment. She said she could see what she could do and that I could go to LabCorp tomorrow. Since my doctor couldn’t fax over a bloodwork order. I drove back to my doctor, picked up the form and drove back in 7 minutes to make my walk in appointment. I was seen by the technician at window #2 . She was excellent. She apologized and agreed that her coworker could have been a little more professional. I started that if this is how my mother or an elder in my presence would have been treated I would have had to say something because it was unacceptable. As a healthcare provider you are suppose to help people who are sick not upset and argue with them about the differences between an appointments and a walk in for bloodwork.

This location is my go to spot for lab work not available at my doctors’ office. The personnel I have encountered are always respectful, engaged with their customers, willing to help those less computer savvy, and keep things moving & on time. I personally have witnessed staff de-escalate less than polite customers. As stated by others, this location is quite outdated as far as appearance but it is always clean. Except for some chairs — I personally hate sitting on upholstered chairs anywhere for fear of bugs (i.e., bed bugs) or liquid waste being transferred. Not sure why any public seating is upholstered!!Kudos to the staff. Quest, spend a $$$ to update the patient area. It’s been a while.

Please avoid this location of Labcorp /Quest Diagnostics: Labcorp9131 Piscataway Rd, Unit 130, Clinton, MD 20735. Always under staff. The intake personnel are rude and unprofessional. I checked in at 9:30 am. I was called at 11:17. Only to be told at the window that they do not accept Quest Diagnostics. My Dr needs to send an electronic to Labcorp. The request was uploaded electronically 10 days ago and the lady still said she didn't see it because it's a new month. So. My doctor’s office had to fax the same request, Quest Diagnostics and it was accepted. It's now 12 o'clock. Still waiting.

The only reason im giving 5 stars is because of the excellent service that i received from Chanine the other lady that was working with her Lilian or whatever her name is was extremely, rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. But Ms Chanine on the other hand turn my experience around just going the extra mile to accommodate me even after she heard her co-worker dismiss me. Thanks again Chanine!!!

After fasting for diabetes test, I walk in for a test at 8:30 and was told I had to come back at 11:10. I explained that to the technicians and they ignored me. My doctors appointment was on Tuesday and today was Friday. Only 2 people was there waiting at that time. Fasting all night was way too long to wait.

Was pleasantly surprised with Quest given the bad reviews and my own negative experience years ago. But, I ordered a lab test and scheduled an appt same day all electronically. Check-in process was smooth and quick, and staff was pleasant. The office is quite outdated, but the service was good!

Update:This lab, in any location in our around Clinton, greenbelt area is horrific. I believe they are not actually testing the blood and urine sample taken to them.I bring them test, it's negative. However, test is done 2 days later, Dr. Office and it's positive.these women technicians are angry when you visit many of these locations. As a result, I don't think they are running any of the patients test when they arrive. I and some others are continuously seeing this.Contact your insurance co and please make complaints. Go to another lab and leave Quest alone.Original review:This place is pityful. I have been trying to drop off specimen for a while now, they close at 4pm. I have gotten there at 3:58pm, 4:01, 4:03 and the door was locked, no one would even respond. I am disabled, looking for suite. I understand they close at 4, but they must be closing before 4. And they will not respond to you knocks. I got in afterwards twice, was badly sick and needed to get test in immediately. A transport driver picking up specimens let me in and they were extremely mad. They can at least be considerate to those trying to find the place. Also hard to get a live person on the phone. . Wish I could use another lab.Update: My test done by lab keep coming back negative. Got admitted in Hosp 2 days later, for the illness the lab tested negative for. Twice.some test they do, they don't test on a broader level, spectrum. So your results will fall short.

Made an appointment, was seen at the exact time. Tyshia was the best as she had great customer service and was able to draw my blood right away. I am a difficult person with tiny veins so I was super impressed. The place was busy, the chairs are scattered to ensure COVID guidelines.

Quick and easy scheduled an appointment online had no issues staff was friendly. Would recommend to quest to have an additional staff memeber having only two people does not seem enough if it gets busy.

We were walk in; didn’t know it was so necessary to make online appointments ahead of time. Well they now have this sign in machine that goes down every 5 minutes. After I was finally able to make an appointment for 2 hours after we arrived (mind you there was 1 person waiting and no one else came in) for my daughter. I was NOT able to make an appointment for myself… it said there was no more available (but still there was no patients waiting or coming in). Initially the staff was very rude telling me that she was the only on there and no way was she going to be able to taking me along with my daughter even if there were no patients waiting. Well we left so I could get something to eat since she was so adamant about not being able to give me an appointment too. When we came back at the time of my daughter’s appointment, low and behold the staff had taken a happy pill or something and was now going to do my bloodwork too but by then I had eaten and thrown my urine away that I had left in the bathroom when we first arrived. Oh and by the way there was NO soap, paper towels or disposable toilet covers in the bathroom. But they stress on handwritten notes in the waiting room that they care about our safety!!
