I am profoundly disappointed with the handling of an issue that occurred while my vehicle was in Pro Wash’s care for a wash. Shortly after leaving the parking lot and making a turn, the ceiling handle on the passenger side of my car fell off. Upon inspection, it was clear that force had caused it to break, as all the joints holding the handle to the ceiling were damaged. I immediately called and returned to the business to report the incident, but they absolutely denied any responsibility. I am frustrated by their lack of accountability—this could have been resolved simply with a gesture like offering a few complimentary car washes or fixing the damage. Their refusal to take responsibility shows awful customer service, and it’s a big disappointment. I’ve used their services in the past and had not issues previously, but this was my last visit.

My car was left with a glossy finish and fresh interior smell. Was not impressed with the bad window streaks. I paid for a detail.

The ProTint Clinton location had great staff and the boss was very nice as well. He also threw in a free car wash which is a plus. I recommend this location to anyone looking for tints and other services.

Can I say that I was amazingly surprised and impressed. Prowash did a great job, reaching all the nooks, crannies and putting a shine on my car that I haven’t seen since leaving the showroom floor. They even made my engine look brand new. Henceforth, I will be going there for my regular washes. The staff is great as well,Thank you all

Great experience here. Definitely if going on the weekend, make sure you calculate in wait times. There was a line of cars but they moved through them pretty quickly. My car is still shining from a couple of weeks ago. I would recommend this place if you want a great car wash.

Giovanni and his team are AMAZING!! There has never been a time where I showed up for something and got anything but superior service. They are kind, listen to your car needs and affordable. No shortcuts here. Trust me your car will come out looking like it just came off the lot! I appreciate their diligence and care each time I stop by. Thank you to the whole staff! Best hand wash detailer in miles. The lines are usually long on weekends so definitely suggest you go during the week before noon. Every time I come here they leave my car looking like it just pulled off the lot.
