In a time crunch searching for notary services from the post office and UPS, both unable to provide customized service with pre-paid mailing options, Parcel Plus in Clinton, MD was not only able to provide such services, but the cost was very reasonable. I received excellent customer service and immediate attention with a smile. I highly recommend this one-stop shop for all of your mailing and shipping requirements.

I have always had great service when I go here. I've been warmly greeted when I enter and the service requested was quick and efficient. The items available are always well stocked and the attendants have great suggestions for packing and shipping options. The cost for moving parcels are varied but, you can always bet on the best advice to properly protect and track your items. This is my go to place.

So I stopped in to ship a box via FedEx. Disappointed in the fact that if you have just a QR code for them to scan, it won’t happen.The Walgren across the road will be able to take care of you.

Thank God this place exists they’re very nice and helpful and they’re usually very patient with me and it’s a great place to scan documents and to do anything you have to do .Forget about Staples. This is the place to go. You can use their computer you can send stuff by FedEx. I think you could even send stuff instead of going to the post office. This is an asset to an area that’s like a desert as far as retail. I’ve seen some reviews say that the people are rude. Seems like certain customers have a chip on their shoulder and expect to be treated a certain way, they feel entitled .The world doesn’t work like that. These people are really nice.

I'm not sure what's going on with the new service that I received lately in this place but the service has gone down hill lately to the point that I will be moving on where I will receive customer service and not attitude, mis inform when my deliveries arrive etc...

This place is horrible the worst customer service I've ever experienced. THEY LOST MY PACKAGE that contained very sensitive information. Not to mention... while the store clerk was looking for my package they had someone else's package under a box with a surprise look talking about oh there it is... all kinds of wrong!!!!! I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he or she will not be in until the afternoon. THEY NEED TO FIND MY PACKAGE!!!! I've open a investigation with FedEx

So, I need a notary and I get here and the notary is on vacation. I decided to go to UPS and when I mentioned Parcel Plus the young lady tells me that the Notary at Parcel Plus is always on vacation. Parcel Plus should be called Parcel Minus A Notary.

I experienced terrible customer service from this location that was mainly coming from the supv of all people! Reached out to corporate headquarters and the store manager took over a week to get back to me and didn't even seem to care. Will never use this location again.
