BUYER BEWARE. Not necessarily a reflection of the Clinton location, but I was approved for an auto loan online (excellent credit) at 5.9%, but when I got the actual loan it came in at 8.09%. This is 1.5% more than the dealer and my other credit union. While I purchased a 2 year old vehicle versus a 1 year old vehicle, the advertised rates on them start at 6.09%. So I guess add 2% to what they post on their website and thats where you end up. Very disappointing and deceptive.

Horrible customer service! I’ve never in my life ever heard that a 2nd proof of Identity can only be a bank card from another bank or passport only! After showing a state issued id and SSN which is posted on the website. It’s giving borderline. I will be filing a complaint

Felt like a 3rd world country bank. The floor was covered in trash, like it had been weeks since they swept. Navy Federal definitely cut funding for this location. Felt so cheap.

This bank has no cash, it makes you wonder what the point of them is. The only reason I can think a person goes to a bank for is to take out cash… there is no point. A bank with no money is just a place of ppl sitting around.

This is a no cash transactions branch. The only cash available is via ATM. The staff is cordial and very helpful. This branch is very accessible by transit and vehicle.

This branch does not cater to customers and has no tellers. I went in for a deposit, and was told to use the ATM, because they only take appointments and "account services" I guess deposits are not account services. Lo and behold, the check was never proper deposited, and there is now an issue, despite my having a receipt with a photo of the check. I called and they cannot see a photo of the check and it was never listed as even being deposited. The customer service rep, states that the check was never signed, but he cannot see it. I was told that it may be mailed back to me at some point, but he cannot tell me where it is?!? What is the point of a branch with no tellers? Do not use this location to conduct any business other than obtaining money FROM the atm.

This entire branch is pointless. It took months to open just to make you do everything via the app. What’s the point of even being a branch could’ve just stayed ATMS
