Isaac is a supreme sellsman, He gave a supreme demonstration on a bed for my 87 year old aunt. Isaac took his time he made sure explaining how to use the bed and the base. His knowledge of the products in the store is amazing.His knowledge of the health benefits for a good mattress and the base is outstanding. He made my 87 year old aunt very comfortable with purchasing a adjustable bed. He was very tentative and answered all about questions.His personality was just amazing. If you go to this mattress firm store I suggest you ask for Isaac and have a little patience because he's very thorough in his demonstrations and You won't be sorry and you will leave with the mattress and the base that's for you. Isaac is an excellent person

The sales person named Isaac was very friendly very knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you Isaac for everything. I’m really happy with my mattress.. this is my fourth mattress I bought from mattress firm on branch Avenue for my family. We are truly happy.

Kate have is just excellent in every way of services. She really understood what customer service is all about, from friendliness to the products and customer needs and requirements. Other mattress Firm and discounters locations DEFINITELY can not compare to kate location in Clinton. They may give u the same product, but guarantee that they will not give u the same price or honesty as Kate given to us.

Issac was great. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I only came to look today but after the demonstrations and comparisons I decided to purchase a Tempurpedic and the adjustable base. I am looking forward to a good night rest. I'll update my review of the product once it is delivered and used.

Mr. Isaac was absolutely ?. He should teach a class. Every factor in my purchase was clearly explained to me. He's an awesome ? speaker too. I wish I could have bought my base. But I'll buy that in October. He's truly an asset to Mattress Firm. You never feel pushed or rushed. Thanks so very much Mr. Isaac. I truly enjoyed as well I learned so much about the pros & cons of the Mattress. It's so vital to be educated and learn as much as you can, especially from a man so passionate and friendly in his position. ? again thank you ?.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at the Mattress Firm Clinton, MD location. The sales expert Isaac was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and did not make me feel pressured to make a purchase.

I bought my daughter a mattress and adjustable base. I had been to several stores all over the area and spoke to a number of sales associates. Mr. Issac was by far the best! He was knowledgeable, efficient and most of all nice. I will be back!!

Ms. Kate was a wonderful representative. I explained to her that my autistic grandson was making the purchase and I was there to assist as needed. Ms. Kate took her time and explained everything to my grandson and made sure he fully understood everything. She even took him around the store to try out different mattresses and even told him to roll in different positions to fully experience each one. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I finally decided that today was a good time to purchase my dream mattress. A tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable base. I was met by Chuck, he was very knowledgeable about the mattress, and explained how it would help with pressure points. I was so glad to have such a great salesman, who takes his job serious. I would definitely recommend anyone to go in and experience the knowledge that Chuck has to share.
