A horrible place, do not ever go.Customer Service is the worst. Paid for the most expensive pedicure, towels were filthy, no sanitation, technician use the same gloves for the previous customer. Then they want to rush you out of your seat.

Went in to get a color change literally a color change NOT a pedicure and she wanted to charge me $28! Ridiculous. it seems they on a money grab thing and it’s really not about being reasonable nor the customers . I went somewhere else and paid $30 for an actual pedicure .

Worst nail salon. The customer service is very very poor. The lady did a very poor job with my nails and insulted me. What I wanted and what I got is two different things. Save your money and energy and go somewhere else. I will not recommend this place.Service: Nail designs

I have been searching for a new salon and the last two I went to spur me for over a year. But when I looked down and saw what looked like talons I knew I had to do something. I called and got an immediate appointment. Ken made me comfortable and not feel bad about my terrible looking feet. He said thats why I'm here to make them look better. And he did just that. I have found my new salon.

Will not be going back there again! First and last time! I am sitting in the chair and the lady that is doing my toes cuts my toenails down low and didn’t even ask me if I wanted them cut! I said to her excuse me you didn’t ask me and she is like I sure didn’t I’m sorry. Then she asks do you want me to leave the other foot and not cut down? I’m like what sense does that make you might as well cut the other one down! I go to pay and leave and they want me to pay the whole price of the pedicure and the gel removal. I ask them to take off the eight dollar gel removal because she cut my toe nails down low and I don’t like it. The guy says with an attitude no I give you half of that and takes off a measly four dollars! Then has the nerve to say I’ll save your number! I tell him you’ll are truly unprofessional and it’s ridiculous you think the customer is supposed to pay full price for her mistake and they don’t even like the service! I will not be returning and recommending people afford them! Customer satisfaction comes first but to them a measly eight dollars is worth giving poor customer service and not returning!Service: Pedicure

They are very rude I have seen them deny a black person because she did not have an appointment and a person with a different color walk right in without an appointment

My wife and I have been coming here for years. They do require an appointment due to COVID but even if they are booked up for the day you call they will call you back ASAP if they have a cancellation and try to get you in. Facilities are always clean and the staff is always polite and professional.
