Horrible customer service! Horrible service rendered with messy waxing. Excessive product splattered without clean up. Does not respect patrons and takes them for granted. Dark dirty place with outdated equipment. Do not recommend!!

i wish i could give 0 stars, the man with the receding hairline and bald spot is very hostile & rude towards women. i paid $60 for a pedicure just for the polish to chip in 2 days. very piss poor job. i went back on the 4th day to inquire about getting it fixed and he quickly became hostile saying they’re not responsible and they don’t know what day the polish chipped……… they charge $17 extra just for gel so why would it be chipping within a week anyway??? as i began to leave he says “go i don’t want you here”. worst nail salon in existence, that’s why they’re always empty and never have customers. i will be reporting this establishment

Very bad experience with this company. The service is not good!! They decided to wait on a customer that came in after me before they finished working with me. Want me to set and wait with a fan blowing on my nails for 20-30 minutes for no reason saying they’re not dry. So they can work on the second person. I don’t think so!!!! I always tip them VERY WELL but not today!! Bad service gets you NO tip…

I literally got my nails done on Saturday and it’s now Monday and my toe nail chipped off I’m not sure what solution they use however I wouldn’t trust it. I’ve never had this done to me and I got gel on it for The price I paid for this I’m highly disappointed and will neverrrr come here again.

I called and asked if it would be possible for myself and my mother to come in at 6 PM on Saturday. I should have known that something about this place was off when it was empty when we came in and they were all stood at the door, waiting for us. let more of my confusion commence. First, everything that they consider to be a part of a quote, spa pedicure“ is what I received as a part of a regular pedicure at literally every other nail salon that I’ve been to. Not to mention, they were slightly rude to my mother when she pointed out that the color she had selected was a lot darker on her than what was on the nail. moving on to the manicures. It has only been two days since I got my nails done. Less than 48 hours, approximately about 36 hours. One of my nails has already cracked and the polish is gone. Though, I should’ve known something was up when they forgo the washing of your hands and use cold water to soak my nails. Also, my nails were quite lumpy once they were done. Not to mention, they are way overpriced for the quality of work that they provide. never going back there again. Unless you wish to be disappointed, I highly suggest that you don’t go there either.
Update: 72 hours later, and I’ve lost another nail of polish. What was I doing when this occurred you ask, STAPLING paper to boards in my classroom .

HORRIBLE attitude when expressing nail preference in shape . AVOID THIS PLACE bc they don’t believe in customer satisfaction ! I told the lady that I like square nails w/ no rounded sides & I wouldn’t get them polished if I didn’t like the shape. I checked the shape after one hand was filed & noticed my thumb was uneven on one side from overfilling . The moment I made her aware it was an INSTANT attitude, she told filed it for 2 seconds then said to me “I already filed it and Im not filing it again, if you don’t like it I take it off. If I knew you’d be picky I would have told you I’m not doing it”. As she’s saying this my second hand was being filed vigorously in irritation. I pulled my hand from her, then told her I’d pay & leave! I decided to let her finish the filing job after realizing I’d be leaving with my time wasted ! This lady filed my second hand SO hard the acrylic on my sides got chipped and ruined the shape of my nail. The sides on my nails are now lifting & sore from overfilling ! I was overcharged $50 for DISGUSTING TREATMENT ! It took everything in me to not treat her JUST as nasty as she treated me ! I absolutely hate traditional nail salons & treatment like this are why those kind nail shops are going out of business bc of those NASTY ATTITUDES THEY HAVE !

If I could give this salon ZERO stars I would’ve. The lady that did my service was nice, but it is unsanitary. The technician did not clean the jets prior to anyone that received a pedicure while u was there. They did not use new tools. Only metal tools can be put in the autoclave. Other tools used in nail salons like nail buffers and foam toe separators should be replaced after each use to prevent the spread of bacteria. When I asked how often do they replace their throw away tools, initially they couldn’t answer then when I mentioned how unsanitary it is to reuse certain tools, they said they replace them every 3 to 4 days 🤢 Of course, as I’m asking questions, they call over someone else, who I’m assuming is the manager or owner and she starts saying how clean they are. Ma’am, respectfully, you cannot sanitize and sterilize emery boards, orange sticks, pumices, buffers, and toe separators. This salon will reuse these products that have been used on 3-4 days worth of customers. There prices are the same as all the other salons in the area, so just skip this one and go to another 😊

The old male that works here is nasty as hell. He doesn’t know how to talk to people. Kim is the only pleasant one there. They have lost my money!!!!!

My mother had dementia and my brother stepped out of the salon to take a phone call when he returned he found the nail tech speaking rudely to my mother... the wife of the owner (I think it's his wife) is rude, mean and apparently no longer wants a prosperous business

No walk-ins. Today there was one client and two workers. Tried to get a gel mani-pedi today with my daughter but did not have an appointment. Never been turned away before. Vibe used to be great, felt like family. Been coming here since 2002. What happened to this place? Always told my friends how great the service was. Never again!!

A horrible place, do not ever go.Customer Service is the worst. Paid for the most expensive pedicure, towels were filthy, no sanitation, technician use the same gloves for the previous customer. Then they want to rush you out of your seat.
