This Lowe's has the worst customer service under God forbid you need to come to this store after 5:00 p.m. even though they close at 10:00 all employees stop helping customers at 5:00 p.m. they will run away from you no one ever seems to know what's happening what's going on where is your order I am very very very very very disappointed in this location and the employees of the evening staff a place to order by phone for flooring today and was told I could pick it up in store today because there was 40 pieces in store 40 cases in the store only to get there at 6:45 p.m. and to be told the order will not be ready until next Wednesday the 28th I should have gotten a call to tell me that ahead of time because I need the flooring for tomorrow thank you Lowe's

In June of 2023 we ordered a door and storm door from a sales man of Lowes we did not get delivery of the door until September of 2023 the measurements were not correct the reorder/installation of the door took until February of 2024. We have had a long rocky road with Lowes WE want some one to care about us as a customer . Lowes offered us a 25.00 gift certificate for 8 months of waiting for a strait forward transaction, There are so many things that fell through with this transaction but i did not want to air bad news i just want to be compensated for our time and patience CAN I TALK TO A SUPERVISOR OR ADMINISTRATOR

Went to get some more water for the house. I almost paid the wrong price for the water but there was an employee who checked and changed the price to the exchange price.

the employees in this store are always willing to assist me when I ask. They have always stopped what they're doing to assist except when they're working with a customer and I'll wait or not. When I encountered staff who don't know what's in their store, if I find the product I find them and show them and tell them where it's located. most of the negative reviews I've read are due to poor management, training and oversight. The buck stops with the manager. Customer service staff are just bodies on duty.

I’ve been coming to this store for 3 years and have spent a lot of money shopping here because I prefer Lowe’s over HD. Today (8am) I went to purchase wire and asked 3 people for assistance to unlock the doors to the wiring. No one came to help and I waited almost 30 minutes in total. During that time there were store associates walking around on their phones or looking like they were bored. I decided to leave the store and as I left, the associate at self checkout (who I asked to call for assistance) just gave me a look all while there was another associate hanging out with her up front.I’m sure Lowe’s is going to respond to this review with “we care…. Blah blah blah” but no worries, I went straight to Home Depot and got what I needed and the employees were super helpful and nice.

Poor service this afternoon. Not one representative in the store could tell me where to find an item. Each one said go up to the service desk. I am not waiting 10 people deep. I was so frustrated. No one knew what isle certain items were that I was looking for. I spent way too long in that store ( over 45 minutes) and it was a quiet part of the day. Sorry to fuss, just very disappointed. Employees, please be familiar where certain item are. That is your responsibility. Woman at check-out was amazing.

Some things good some bad. Sometimes things are out of stock. One isle had plumbing supplies laying all over the floor. Checkout was good.

I hate calling this store to ask about any product. The 3 times I called to ask about 5 gallon water (if it's in stock), someone initially answers my call and says "hold on". Then I wait on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. I hang up and I try calling back, and no one answers. The water containers are located 10 yards away from where the service desk is. What is the problem at this store that simple information can't be requested? And, it never fails, as I drive to the store to check myself, and people are just standing at the service desk talking to each other. It must be great to get paid for doing nothing.

I called 4 times and the phone just kept hanging up on the transfer with the automated voice. I placed an order at the end of September, that was scheduled to arrive on 8 October from 830-1230, waited all day, tracker stated running behind will deliver, around 830 pm the status was updated to delayed, no calls from driver. I called on 9 October and was told there were some issues and rescheduled for 10 October. 10 October delivery comes and it’s missing an item, I ask the delivery driver about them, he checks the truck and they’re not there. Online status has now been updated to delivered for everything. I call again and they state the item was indeed left off the truck assuming it was a partial delivery and I had to push the date again to 12 October. Things happen, I’m understanding of that however still very frustrating.

After a long day at work I was greeted by Andrey the assistant store manager, who assisted me with each item that was hard for me to find walking down the correct aisle and explaining which item was best and why it was. The great customer service made me feel great about spending my money. Thanks, Lowe’s and Andrey

Does not answer the phone. Will let the phone ring and ring. When finally answering, you get transferred to the department you need they that phone rings and rings with NO answer only to end up back to the person that finally picked up. I just wasted 30 min . I never received any help for what I was calling for and I'm definitely not driving to this location for nothing. Bad business when the workers don't answer the phone. Tighten up with the customer service because in Virginia folks don't have to worry about that.
