Worse lowes I've ever been too. Management and staff on the floor are clueless and dont care about inconveniencing your time or patience and give you ignorance back easily

One of managers Jerome assisted me with purchasing an item he made sure I had all the accessories that goes with item. He took his time helping me. The customers service I received was Great!!

This Lowe's has a great selection (better than Waldorf) however, some of the staff just are not nice. I went 6/20 to see if I could get carpet, not knowing that the machine was broken. Went over to the flooring section where three associates were on their phones and acted as if I was bothering them when I asked about the carpet. They then pointed us to the guy who deals with the carpet. We then finally caught up with the carpet associate (with dreads) and asked if it was possible to get carpet. He pointed to the machine and said it was down and proceeded to walk away. I then asked, when did he think it would be up, he shrugged with an attitude and said whenever the guy comes out to fix it. Note: I was trying to kill him with kindness but he just didn't care. So, I went to the Waldorf Lowe's who's associates are SO nice and got the carpet I needed. However, I needed to come back to the Clinton Lowes to return a purchase. So I returned to Lowes today 6/21 and went to the customer service line. There was one guy in front of me and only one customer service associate helping a person. She seen me walk up as I was searching for the receipt. Another customer came up and noticed I was in line and asked if the line started behind me. I noticed that I was standing in the wrong place but, told her I was in line. We were fine. No biggie. But then the customer service lady proceeded to tell me that he line started on the opposite end (as if she didn't see me standing there for three minutes searching in my bad for the receipt.) Ultimately, telling me that I was not in line and I needed to get behind the lady who walked up after me. The customer who was behind me then told me it was ok and I could stay in my place in line. But was it really that big of a deal if me and the other person worked it out?!?! At their BIG age, they should not be so immature. This is not the only issue I've had at this location with attitudes and just negative personalities. It is completely different from Waldorf were the associates actually smile, greet you, make small talk, and are just down to earth.

There is never a cart and they only have one person collecting, it takes too long to collect.

I usually frequent this Lowe’s but recently have been reluctant to because it’s always this one older lady normally at self checkout that makes me feel uncomfortable I recently purchased a porch light and returned it today well this same lady was at customer service and I almost walked out to return another day when it’s my turn I said hello I’m making a return she quickly asked do I have a receipt which I did then asked what’s the reason I’m returning which I didn’t answer all while she is using her box cutter to open the box that had Never been opened I asked her is she required to open all unopened product when being returned???? and before she could finish with “well some people” I cut her off just do my refund please I’m not some people whatever else she was getting ready to say I’m a law abiding citizen a customer requesting a refund for something that I purchased with my money that I worked for…I don’t appreciate being stereotyped for whatever reason. I immediately left the store and called to speak with management sadly this store is in my neighborhood and I won’t be back!!!

Excellent Excellent Excellent and Professional Workers. Helped me with finding my plants, and loading 8 bags of mulch , and then helped with finding the right fertilizer and weed killer for my yard and was very patient and extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks to Todd, Tee and Deonte. Very helpful and very informative with all the things I needed to buy.

I love Lowe's. They seem to hire more knowledgeable people than their main competitor. Their stuff seems to be a better quality. Their prices are fair too, especially after the military discount. The stores are always clean and well stocked. Plus you don't have to worry about your purchases funding politics, the way you do with the orange big box store. Lowe's for the win!

ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE WITH WIRE, I JUST NEEDED THE LOCK OPENED. THEY CALLED OVER THE INTERCOM AND I WAITED 10+ MINUTES.THEN I LOOKED THROUGH THE AISLES AND ASKED TWO DIFFERENT ASSOCIATES AND THEY COULDNT HELP.FINALLY WENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY RADIOED TO THE PERSON OVER THAT DEPARTMENT AND TOLD ME TO WAIT A FEW MORE MINUTES. THESE ASSOCIATES COULD CARE LESS. POOR MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I gotta say this has been pretty frustrating the gloves are distributed across the entirety of the store so to look at the selection I had to run up and down the store four times to find one my size while looking at the online options very frustrating and a poor designed planogram
